We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this delivery delay. Your order was dispatched correctly by us, however Australia Post unfortunately misrouted the parcel to Western Australia, which is outside of our control. As a gesture of goodwill and to ensure a positive experience, we have refunded the shipping charge in full. We can also confirm that the items are still in transit and have not been lost, and we are actively monitoring the shipment to make sure it is delivered to you as soon as possible.
