they took two of are guitars and a water filter
they are dirty thieves
they were one of a kind
don't tust them at all cost
they did this 2 years ago
but they were the only company from Calgary to Edmonton

The Burly Boyz have made it our mission statement to provide customers with excellent service and honest upfront pricing at reasonable prices. Burly Boyz now operates Canada wide with locations in Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto.

I really wanted to like this company as…
I really wanted to like this company as they did a move for me in 2024 that was amazing.
Something has happened to this company in 2026 and I would strongly recommend not using them.
SM who was my first contact ultimately had no customer service skills, unprofessional behaviour and is honestly a disgrace. She comes across as empathetic and supportive but so is a fox in sheep’s clothing.
Hussain, the relocation specialist assigned tried but ultimately useless and clueless.
This company pulled the rug out 6 days before a CONFIRMED date and time for a move. No communication to even receive consent for this change. Promises, promises and all of it smoke and mirrors. They are not actually a serious company.
I would recommend to anyone considering this company to do your diligence and either go with a reputable large company or hire Joe Blow from Kijiji. Either would be more reliable the Burly Boyz.
What a sh.t show of a company.

Lisa, you trusted us in 2024, and we were glad to earn that. This time, we fell short. The moment we knew the 25th was no longer possible for us logistically, we came to you with the earliest date we could honour, the 26th. I understand that a slip on a move you'd already built your schedule around isn't a small thing, and that the new date simply didn't work for you. We respect your decision to cancel, and there's nothing left outstanding on our end. We are sorry the move couldn’t work out as intended, and wish you the best with your upcoming relocation.
