I'm not sure where these people have gotten my e-mail address; they've been spamming me for the past few years sending me "candidates" to employ despite the fact that I've no decision making powers, have no connection to their alleged area of expertise and have repeatedly pointed them in the direction of our Vacancies page, HR department and asked to un-subscribe. I've never received a response to any e-mails that i sent them.

Unprofessional and harassing; I'm actually surprised they have so many positive reviews because my experience of this company led me to believe it's another scam!

I had a great experience throughout the entire recruitment process with Lucy Turvey.

Lucy has the skill, which not all recruiters have, of being able to take a person’s resume, separate the wheat from the chaff, and project that person’s main strengths and capabilities towards the client.

I was successful in securing this role because Lucy was very thorough when reviewing my CV at the initial stage of recruitment, and picking out skills and experience I had glossed over, but which she knew the client was really looking for. She provided regular advice, encouragement, and professional support at all times to ensure the best result for myself and the client.

My experience of working with Burman has been first class. I worked with Scott Cooper who had a vacancy I was interested in applying for. He kept me fully updated during the recruitment process ( being a public sector vacancy nothing moves fast!), so I was never left wondering what was happening. He prepped me for my interview and gave feedback on the presentation I had to give which helped me secure the role.

Harry Slater has been brilliant, this is my second Burman contract and the support and communication have been superb. He calls regularly to see how I’m getting on at the client and if there are any issues or other help I need. When it came to sorting out the renew contract with the client, he was very pro-active, efficient and it when very smoothly. Really glad to have Harry & Burman on my side.

I chose Buman due to the professionalism, being up front and honest on the Project role. Harry Salter has been fantastic,great communications and support. Constant contact to ensure I am happy with the client and the work I am delivering. I would recommend Buman to any individual and clients looking for a transparent agency.

Luke was fantastic from start to finish, at every stage of the process from prepping me for interview to negotiating my salary with my employer luke kept in regular contact and was incredibly helpful throughout.

Great communication, very easy to talk to about issues (or not), and very reassuring, I even got call when the hiring team were on leave to reassure me they hadn’t forgotten me. While it was a senior position I was still offered coaching on the interview process.
Ultimately I got the right job so I’m very happy.
