Had an old gas fireplace removed and log burning stove fitted. Everyone at The Burning Question was helpful and friendly from start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their knowledge and genuine passion for their work is obvious and it makes for a very easy smooth experience.

Had our Hwam stove installed last week by these guys. The workmen arrived and got straight to it and were done and dusted, stove on and working, by 4pm. We are absolutely delighted with all aspects of the experience. Lynda, in the showroom, is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. Can’t fault them, and will most definitely recommend their service to anyone!

From first stepping into the showroom to having our new stove fitted, we’ve been absolutely delighted!
The showroom is lovely with a really great choice and Lynda who helped us in the shop was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and gave us excellent advice. She explained how the process would work and with our measurements she had an idea of the size of stove we could get.
With the survey done, which was booked in quite quickly and the stove chosen, it was time for the installation.
The two fitters were excellent. No fuss. No mess. And just extremely pleasant. They went above and beyond to clean the mess our old stove had made, our new one was fitted, the chimney lined and we love it!!
I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

This is the second time we’ve bought a stove from The Burning Question and we totally recommend them. The staff here are excellent, they are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the selection of stoves is great. The service is really relaxed and patient, they’re happy to answer any questions thoroughly and spend lots of time with each customer.

Excellent experience from start to finish on the recent purchase & installation of a stove, in a difficult space.

We had been thinking about getting a log burner for years and decided to look into. When we went to the show room to get information there was no hard sale just a friendly chat and to show us some of the stoves. We were even told about how important the handle on a stove was which was not something we even thought about but was so important. We have a home visit and given a detailed quote so decided to go ahead. On the day of the insulation the guys were so clean and tidy and everything went smoothly. The house is so warm and yes so glad we got the advise on the handle. Highly recommend

Always great sales and service from Burning Question over the last 12 or so years since we purchased our Jotul 400 Wood Burning Stove. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

From turning up at the Burning Question showroom, getting some expert advice (not sales pitch, not being pushed) and good tips. We then had the surveyor coming out, which then led to a detailed quote, which we accepted. We then went back to the showroom to see the stove we had picked being lit and numerous questions answered and no qualms about asking anything. Then given a date for installation, and the guys turning up to install had over 40 years of experience which put any fears right out of the equation as they were on the ball. No mess to clear up. We had a wee technical issue where Dougie came out and resolved the same day as being notified which we say is excellent after sales service.

We live in a conservation area and as a result sought a well experienced and knowledgeable team. From the initial survey, order detail and product selected the team provided first class advice and reassured us regarding the work to be undertaken (after planning approval).
From the showroom personnel, surveyors and installers all were first class.
The installers were a highly experienced and skilled team with 40 years experience between them and it showed.
We are really happy with the completed installation. The stove is incredibly effective and has been a great purchase.

From the initial enquiry visit to the store through to completion of the installation everyone involved were both knowledgeable and professional.

Nothing, including a required modification to the fireplace space was a problem and was dealt with to ensure the best possible outcome
