Worst Company in India
I have worked at Busfam for a month in June 2024. Although I have worked on the maintenance project and delivered the project on time, they laid me off but never paid my disbursing salary for the month June.
The HR mailed me that the disbursed salary will be credited on or before July 15. But even after two months of leaving the firm they are cheating me again and again that your salary is in process and you will get on this day and that day. If you don't contact us you would get pending salary. Though I waited too long and called the HR after one month, she keeps saying you are calling daily. How cheap these people are.
They cut down my salary to INR 10k but still didn't pay me a single rupee. When calling the HR she disconnects the call and blames me for nothing instead. Also they did not give any experience letter. No cooperative environment, no team work!
Even a single star is exaggerated for this toxic company. I urge freshers, new comers and even experience candidates, avoid joining this firm. Waste fellows.
