Marcus went above and beyond throughout my purchase. He was the estate agent for the property I was buying, yet he also offered more support and clear guidance than my own agent did for my sale. When issues in my sale and in the wider chain caused unnecessary stress, Marcus took the time to explain what was happening and helped me understand the next steps. His patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a difficult process much easier. I would highly recommend Bushnell Porter for their exceptional service.

We recently sold our home and bought our new one through Bushnell Porter, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. David, Marcus, and Lucy were fantastic from start to finish — always helpful, friendly, and professional. The flawless communication throughout made us feel fully supported every step of the way.

We have recently sold our house in Bordon through Bushnell Porter. Having sold the previous house and bought the one just sold through Busnell Porter some years ago we had great service then just as we have had this time and I had no reason to use any other Estate Agent. Marcus and David are very professional and friendly, they took great photo's and secured a great price for us. They were always on the case to help chase things up and provide updates to us. Due to a problem futher down the chain the process took longer than it should and they did their upmost to assist in any way. Nothing was too much trouble for the Bushnell Porter team and I can highly recommend their services.

We recently sold our property in Bordon through Bushnell Porter. It was a very challenging sale due to being mislead by our buyers (a housing association), which meant it was very prolonged after originally being told there was no chain.

Completed sale of my late Step-Fathers house 18 July 2025. My main dealings were with Marcus but I met David and Lucy, a formidable team!

He could not have given me any better service, from actual sale to advice on how to prepare house for sale, recommendations to house clearance business and a whole host of other bits and pieces.

We honestly can’t thank the team enough, they were all incredible and we couldn’t have done it without them. We had a very long and difficult process to navigate, with a chain that nearly collapsed several times. Our estate agent completely disengaged post offer acceptance on our house, leaving us to communicate with everyone ourselves. We had an incredibly demanding buyer who threatened to pull out repeatedly, which was really hard to deal with. The team in Bushnell Porter stepped in and managed contact with her and her conveyancer, which wasn’t their job. I don’t know how we’d have coped without them and they really did get us over the line and into our dream house. I’d highly recommend them!

Excellent service. Needed a quick sale and found me a buyer with nothing to sell and I needed to get my property sold.
Placed it in their hands end of August and a week or so later, they found a recommended buyer.
The sale completed before the end of October.
