What we do
We have 26 locations throughout Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, County Durham,Suffolk & Norfolk supplying car, van, 4x4, HGV & Agricultural tyres, batteries and exhausts. From our warehouses, we can supply any tyre, quickly, to any location allowing us to offer you a fast, reliable & friendly service.
Passenger cars, vans & 4x4 vehicles
All of our centres have the latest wheel alignment equipment, wheel balancers and fitting machines. Our staff are trained both in-house and by the leading tyre manufacturers like Michelin, Continental, Hankook and Bridgestone.
Mobile Tyre Fitting
We also offer a mobile tyre fitting service for retail customers (car, van & 4x4) as well as tyres for commercial & agricultural vehicles. With excess of 70 service vehicles operating a 24 hours a day 7 day a week service, Bush tyres can keep your vehicle moving.
Agricultural
We supply and fit agricultural tractor, implement & sprayer tyres to farmers across our expanding area and beyond. We have a mobile service for puncture repairs in the field as well as tyre fitting. Our OE2 division in Norfolk supplies tyres to sprayer and trailer manufacturers.
Commercial
We supply and fit all major brands of commercial lorry tyres. We operate a 24/7 breakdown service and we also do fleet maintenance work for small to large fleets.

Staff at the desk were miserable
Staff at the desk had attitude- talking amongst themselves, no greeting when walking in and general sense they didn’t really want to be there.
Value of tyres were fantastic so happy to put up with the bad attitudes and lack of customer service.

We’re sorry if the team came across as less welcoming than expected. On the day of your visit, one member of the team was dealing with another customer when you arrived, and you were then attended to, and your vehicle was taken in for tyre fitting once they were available.

Air gun socket has made scratch on…
Air gun socket has made scratch on wheel,since fitting decided to swop rear tyres to front but struggled to get locking nut off.way to tight.Appointment to fit tyres was 4.30 waited till gone 5 before tyres fitted.

Didn’t feel professional
I bought my tyres online and booked the fitting with Bush tyres thinking that their service would great (also paid more than others due to hoping to get a better service with bush)
I turned up on time, at the booked time only being made to wait because they had 1 tyre fitter who was busy, despite them telling me they left the afternoon available for my vehicle, not sure why they use a time booking system
I also asked for tracking to be done after all 4 tyres were done, I was told that the rear tracking was out and nothing could be done for the rear with no investigation as to why the rear tracking was out…not sure why they offer that service either
I gave 3 stars as my tyres were changed and I have no complaints there

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry that we weren’t able to complete the fitting at your original appointment time. Unfortunately, we were unexpectedly short-staffed that day, which meant the branch was busier than anticipated.
Regarding the wheel alignment, the rear wheels were found to be fractionally out of tolerence, but this vehicle has no facility to adjust the rear axle. As no adjustment was possible, you were not charged for the alignment. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased you were happy with the tyre fitting itself.

Friendly staff with a sense of humour. Efficient and fitted my car in despite having a busy schedule.

Exceptional service
We are on holiday and had an issue with a tyre pressure warning light coming on! Popped into Bush Tyres to ask for help and the guys there generously helped us out, sorted the issue very quickly and wouldn’t take any money from us for the time and trouble they went to!
They were all kind, friendly and helpful and I would gladly recommend them to anyone!
I am retired now but I worked for over 50 years in the vehicle rental and leasing business and this was the best customer service experience I have ever had!

Came in yesterday as MOT said I needed two new tyres could not be more friendly sorted and told me to come back in couple of days to check wheel nuts

Ordered online for a great price
Ordered online for a great price, had to wait a couple of days for a slot due to the non-standard size I needed but that was expected (and two days is nothing really). They contacted me with a confirmed slot time and today went really smoothly. Staff were friendly and engaging, will definately use again and recommend to others too.

Hi, regarding online pre-paid orders, we don't take any money from a customers bank account until an invoice has been created.
It appears your allocated payment was taken today & it matches the invoice value and not the original amount on the order.

I was panicking after finding a nail in my tyre and was going away. The staff were really helpful, assured me I’d be seen in 15 mins and the lady who checked my tyre re-assured me the puncture could be fixed no problem. She then checked all my tyre pressure, reset the Mercedes settings and I was driving away. Great to know where I can go locally, for tyre issues.
