Confused as to why Currys business exists? All my attempts in buying multiple items were denied or cancelled. My most recent purchase of a health tracker was denied because they assumed i’m a “reseller”. Items that are available at RRP in multiple retailers which was bizarre. My most recent purchase i had to pay via BACS which i’ve had to send 3 emails for, visit store and call customer service. After all this 2 weeks after declining my order they refund almost £4k as “currys business credit”, which is useless since they decline everything i try to buy through them. Every single declined order i’ve had to purchase elsewhere which was a loss in business for currys but also more of an inconvenience for myself. Got told to register with the Business Hub but thus far haven’t been able to fulfil a single order i have attempted. Pointless department it seems

Due to an issue with my business account, I had to reset my password and contacted the Currys Business customer support team. I spoke with Lorna, who was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the process.
She quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and resolved it without any hassle. Her excellent customer service made what could have been a frustrating experience very straightforward.

Outstanding customer service from Olivia at Currys Beckton branch

I had such a fantastic experience at Currys and it’s all thanks to Olivia. From the moment I walked into the store, she made me feel welcome and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.

She didn’t just recommend products. She explained the specifications clearly, helped me choose the appliances that best suited my needs and even gave me advice on what would work well with my décor. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. Instead, she gave me genuine guidance, great value for my money and the confidence that I was making the right choices.

What really stood out was her patience, empathy and the amount of time and care she invested in helping me. She turned what could have been a stressful shopping experience into an enjoyable one.

Customer service like Olivia’s is rare and she is a real credit to Currys. I would happily go through the whole experience again because of how well she looked after me. In fact, I’d return to Currys just because I know I’d receive such excellent service from her.

Requested a return and got this organised within less than 24hours without any issues.
Very friendly.

Incorrectly ordered a product and wanted to cancel the order, which was out for delivery.
I contacted customer service to see if it was still possible to cancel and received a very prompt reply from Francesca who had immediately actioned my request and had the delivery re-routed back to the Curry's warehouse for return and credit.

We had a great experience for our school where we ordered a class set of laptops at a great price and they were delivered within 48hours.
We have used Currys before and they have always given us great service!

Natalie, was super supportive she was able to help me with a return and a refund.

Do not buy from Currys. I bought a TV that broke down after just 2 months. I called for a repair, but they ignored me and never called back. I had to chase them down just to book the repair appointment. After 1 week I received message from curry’s they could not fix the TV. They said will send an e-gift card within 24 hours so I could get a replacement. It has now been over 72 hours and I have received absolutely nothing.This has been a horrible experience of wasting both my money and my time. You constantly have to chase them to get basic service. Companies like this need to be heavily fined for treating paying customers this way. Avoid them at all cost

Absolutely awful. Sent me a damaged oven that I’ve fitted for a customer today. Trying to get a replacement part but been on their chat thing for three hours and still no joy. Have tried phoning and can’t get through. Like most big companies these days the service is shocking.

You did what you said you would, recieved my order on the date, I required it for.

Slow service - needed the item quickly and it's been nearly a week since ordering and order has only just been received. The website chat wasn't helpful to business accounts; I got told i needed to call a number but when I'm at work, I don't have time to sit on hold.

Last 2 orders were supposed to take 2-3 days, I waited weeks for the products to arrive. first time it was in the warehouse and non was the wiser the second time, not even a courtesy call to advise that the items were delayed. I appreciate that these items are from a 3rd party supplier, but the supplier should NOT advertise the items as in stock and ready for dispatch if that is not the case. This causes a headache when you are relying on office consumables you can easily get from Amazon or eBay albeit a few pounds more. The delay in receiving the items do not justify the lower price. Never received a phone call with an update despite being promised.

We purchased a mobile phone and the time to get it working was very tight.
Quentin provided excellent support and acted very quickly, so all was managed on time.

The phone package was also competitive price wise.

We can definitely recommend the Currys Business team.

Ella and Pill was very helpful, Ella assisted me almost instantly over the telephone after another colleague near non refused to help and said I needed to wait for an email to authorise a return and replacement for a damaged screen. Ella helped me straight away, got the return arranged and collection - great service by someone who really wanted to help. Pill has followed up with me thereafter to ensure i'm happy and the screen is working fine now. Thanks for a fab service!

I was working with Lorna for my currys business account order and she was able to help me over the phone and via email process a refund for my original order and issue a new order and delivery for my fridge freezer that arrived the following day

Great customer service, Phil was helpful and communicated throughout the returns process. Process was easy to work with

Great products and fast delivery but if you have an question/query that you raise with customer service you don't get a response no matter how many times you chase. Automatic reply says I will receive a response in 48 hours. 1st email sent on 7th July, 2nd email to chase sent on 10th and 3rd chase email sent on 17th July and no response to any of them.

UPDATE: from the reply I got from Danielle, the email address supplied bounces back, so I'm still no further forward.
