Had problems with Vodafone business customer service, so went to this lot, said they can increase my speed and have UK customer service. I have now changed over found they put me back on Vodafone same speed just cost more now and no backup 4g or phone so less for more. Also had calls from people I just can’t understand from call centers. Avoid

I was misled into believing I would receive an instant quote comparison. Instead, my details were collected, and I was told someone would call me.

Misleading and data collection

They forwarded my details to a third party and now the third party BIONIC is calling me repeatedly with a number that my phone suspects a SPAM CALL. Also, they are not ready to listen that I am not interested in talking because the way of contact does not seem fine. Before filling in the form they gave no disclaimer that my details will be forwarded to the third company. On the call they were asking me to talk to one of their professionals in insurance. Everything on the call seems to be questionable. They said they are the biggest insurance company in the UK. Obviously biggest companies do not call with the SPAM Number.

I looked at this website briefly when looking for business broadband. However, instead of giving me quotes, they passed my details to a 3rd party who are now nuisance calling me. It was not made clear when entering my details that my details would be passed on, otherwise I would never have given them.

Avoid at all costs.

i tried to find a better internet provider instead of the current one we have and filled in all required fields in their online form- I was shocked when the last outcome page popped up that my current internet provider will contact me!! so disappointed!!!

NEVER SIGN UP TO RECEIVE MAIL FROM THESE - You can NEVER unsubscribe - Contacted 10 times for removal - still the emails come day after day - world without end!
Received a response which was a total waste of time telling me to unsubscribe - which of course is the problem you cannot unsubscribe - Business Comparison Ltd reading the bleeding obvious!
Finally (so I'm told) my email address is removed - only by manual intervention though
