3. I trusted Business First International Inc., but my experience has been very poor. I made payment and I am still waiting for them to fulfill their promise.

Very disappointing experience with Business First International Inc. I made a payment expecting them to deliver what was promised, but nothing has happened. I am still waiting and there has been no proper solution.

Edward Carter was excellent in following up on my business class trip to China and Southeast Asia. His communication was timely and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I have used discount business class tickets for over 12 years, and their staff have always booked me on top airlines at the cheapest business class rates. The team is very knowledgeable and has helped me save a ton of money over the years.

Stephanie was incredibly responsive and made adjustments to our business trip to Singapore with ease whenever necessary.

One year later … still no sign of a refund despite assurances by the company that they will do a refund for not issuing airtickets although payment was made in full in April 2024.

How long more do I have to wait for the refund?

Update on the below. Still no action. Still no refund. Its a scam. Have contacted the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as well as the UK Action Fraud Group. I will update when next action is known.

Paid for three business class tickets but got nothing!…
Paid for three business class tickets over a year ago. Once payment was received, they then tell me I have to wait until 2 weeks before the flight. This time came, and went, and then ignored emails. Booked another company. Followed up again after our return, still the same, promises, no concrete tickets issued. Cost USD11k. Now emails are ignored. Looking at options to get refunded others ways. Avoid them.

Booking my flight to Osaka was a piece of cake with Jon at Business First International. He found me a flat-bed seat with Japan Airlines, what would have been a much too long flight made so much easier. Slick service and a great price for business class. Jon's attention to details made everything so smooth. I definitely would use him again when booking my next trips.

Hong Kong to Los Angeles booking I used Business First International and everything went just perfect. Cathay Pacific Business Class suite is so spacious; lounge access makes waiting before a flight a pleasure.Business First International service was prompt, and every minute detail was well looked after. Felt like a VIP.

Booking flight with Business First International was quite easy. I had my doubts about the flat bed seats at decent pricing, but they did a great job with that. The service was quite quick, and everything was arranged in fast order. The bed on Qatar business class was so comfy! For what I paid, the price was quite decent and the whole journey from Toronto to Sydney was smooth. Will definitely come back for future bookings!

My first-class flight to Zurich on Singapore Airlines was booked by Business First International, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Their rates are amazing, and the service is excellent.

Booked and paid with credit card in October for a trip to Asia but never get e-ticket issued. Agents keep telling me the issue is Singapore airline, not theirs. Then no more response either to my email and phone numbers on website are fake. Could not get hold of anyone. Stay away from this agency, a total SCAM. Wasted lots of time to chase the agent but disappears or not responding. A very frustrated experience other than losing my money.
