Business Flight Shop レビュー

Paul arranged business class travel for my wife and me from Glasgow to Sydney. The booking process was completely straightforward. Tickets came as promised and we always felt confident that the process was going well. We fell foul of aircraft control failure and the second part of the journey was aborted. Paul seemed to be on the case straight away and quickly sent details of an alternative schedule for the next day. We’re pleased to have used this company.

I was trying to purchase a ticket. I was fortunate to come across this agency. My first point of contact was with Jane one of the customer service officers. she showed a keen willingness in assisting me to find a suitable flight ticket. She showed patience and diligence.Jane has shown the valuable skills imperative for dealing with the public. Her interpersonal communicative skills are highly recognised. I deem her of high value to the company, and look forward to doing business with her in the near future

Kate at Business Flight shop was extremely helpful and although we didn’t get the original flight we rang up about she helped us find a very good flight at a very good price. Will write another review once we have been on the flight.

Kate Redwood,
Outstanding professional service from Kate, quickly responding to the several change of itineraries ,often during, out of office hours
Highly recommended

I had a great experience with Edi! Edi was very helpful in finding the right flight for me and made sure I got a good ticket price. I really appreciated the time, patience, and effort put into finding the best option that suited my needs. Excellent service and very professional. I would definitely recommend Edi to anyone looking for help with booking flights!

Fantastic Service - Extremely Professional. The website layout made it easy to compare different departure times and prices, and the fare breakdown was clear with no hidden surprises. Payment went through smoothly, and I received my confirmation email within seconds. Overall, the process felt reliable and stress‑free. I’d happily book through this service again, especially if you value a simple, no‑nonsense booking experience.

I have just come across this below review as i also was getting very anxious with this company as i have never used befor.
I booked some business flights with Paul Harper back in April 2026 to go to singapore and return from Bangkok
I explained in very much detail that this was to celebrate our golden wedding and everything must be right. I made it very clear that when our flights are booked we need our seat numbers are confirmed so we are guaranteed to sit together.
Unfortunately after many many attempts to get them to confirm our seats it has not been provided even to the point that i was passed onto whom i was told was a manager Adi. I took a call from him shortly after booking and he assured me he would be dealing with my concerns and that the seating would be done.
even as as much as i have just called them around 1.30 this afternoon and asked to speak to Adi and i was told he was on a break and would call me back in 15min.
Its now been 1 hour 30 min and no call.
I wasn't going to write a review but my concerns made me look at there reviews and i came across this one below which is identical to my concerns.
If it was just another holiday i wouldn't be so bothered but it being our golden wedding i would have thought they would recognise this and pull out all the stops.

Adi, Paul.
If you do get to read this could you please give me a call with confirmation of our seat numbers please.

your booking ref is 70BGGI

Thank you for your reply and I am now aware of what ticket you provided me. But as per my complaint this is not the ticket that was asked for.
I look forward in your senior managers getting in touch with me but I wait with Holded breath as I have been trying to resolve this since April and just keep being given promises.

Kind Regards

Hello
I cannot rate Sara higher, I was booking a departure flight from Edinburgh to Auckland New Zealand arriving into Glasgow 4 weeks later.. Sara was so helpful and professional, made the whole experience painless.
Thank you again Sara!!
Trish

Polite and very good service overall

Jennifer was most helpful in putting together a package on very short notice.
Much appreciated

Business flights shop are excellent for efficiency and patience.I have used them three times to fly to Australia and have had excellent service and good communication from Paul Hunter.I would highly recommend them every time.

I have been looking for flights from the UK to Sydney Australia Business Class for a few months and after trawling all the different sites luckily I got an excellent quote from this provider. Jane who handled all my queries and extras gave me an exceptional quote which I hadn't previously considered, having two stops rather than one stop, saving £1000. Travelling every year to Australia, I will definitely use this company again.

I received prompt and helpful communications from Jerin. Jerin even called me when I had questions no matter how many questions I had. I felt that I was being supported well at all stages of my experience of booking multiple global flights with Business Flight Shop. Jerin also checked in with me after I made my flight bookings and before my first leg flight.

So far so good - booking process..
Jein Thomas was professional, yet with a personal touch. Listened to what I wanted, asked questions for understanding and proceeded to talk me through the process. What to expect from him, and what he was going to do, my expectations, and ensured that was to my satisfaction. And he delivered.

Excellent service with trust and so responsive to any questions asked - all have such a great way of working

These guys have been amazing sorting flights for me, the last two last minute and emergency changes.
Mark has been looking after me for many flights for all the family, he is away and I needed urgent flights sorted, Jennifer stepped up to the plate and has the flights sorted.
Organised, good prices and trustworthy.

Jerin Thomas Was very helpful and found us a fantastic deal over£1000 saving on what we could find online

Jane at Business Flights gave a first-class service. We wanted options for two Business Class tickets and she sent them over incredibly quickly. We secured excellent Business seats and at a very marked down price. At all times, Jane was very clear about each stage of the journey, ensuring we had understood. Another agent then rang to reconfirm. Highly recommended.

Wow! It was really great dealing with
Business flights with Sara
Very professional and Methodical looking for my flight
Really appreciate your support and service
Satisfied customer😀

Sadly although the booking experience was good , this has not carried through to my many requests with help re seat bookings on a flight with an airline I have never used before but was recommended by this booking agent .Once again yesterday I did not receive the promised call back and have been left feeling extremely anxious about the upcoming trip to Sydney via Hanoi with Vietnamese airways .
