BusinessName.com.au レビュー

Zero Stars. When your renewal comes around they will neglect to forward you the payment details to stop your business name from being cancelled. Not to mention that they charge twice as much as doing it yourself through ASIC Connect.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SLACKERS...

RIP OFF!! Register your Business name with ASIC and you will save more than half of what you'll pay with BusinnessName.com.

This company charges a large amount of money for 3 years and claims they are the same as Asic . To register your business name for 3 years for only $82.00 AUD register with Australia's government site with Asic . Go to Asic connect . Asic is government this is a private company that falsely claimed to me today to be the same as Asic .

Clicking on the BusinessName.com.au website cost me more than 200% to become registered than it would have if I had gone direct to ASIC website.

Used this service for the first time won't be the last ,completely seemless great service and priced to use, a great tool for any professional practice

Excellent service. Fast, efficient and very professional. All enquiries were handled with care and I always got a call back when I requested additional information. Would highly recommend. Cannot fault the service.

A totally easy experience. I had my business name registered with the ATO within a few days. BusinessName registered an ABN for me as well. Great communications through the whole processl.
Highly recommended.

Big problems of cumunication with customers and resolving misunderstandings

Hi yes the service was fast and I was inform on when my business name would be up and running thank you ken

It only took me 5 minutes to see if my business name was available and to register also the on line chat was helpful

Helpful ,efficient ,prompt and friendly in their responses

My name is David Griffiths. I have paid $199- for a business name and the name was spelt incorrectly. I have sent numerous emails to Lauren $ Stephanie and they refuse to assist me.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
I have been stonewalled and even after requesting the Team Leader contact me nothing has been done.
I seek this company make good their internal mistake or refund me $199-.
NOT HAPPY JAN.

So helpful and quick registering our name and sorting out complications with ABN etc.

Last time I registered a business name it was the late 1990's and took a trip to the city, parking, hours at the counter, then a wait to hear, then go back in to pay and register etc . . . Today, zoom zoom in and out, paid and sorted with an ABN in less than 15 minutes. Seriously impressed :) Thank you.

Helpful, friendly. Just had to chase up the application, I am sure that it would have been done soon anyway. Thanks

Apart from the fact that you stated that I would have my ABN and Business Name confirmed within 15 minutes of paying via Credit Card and it took over a week, while that was disappointing I realized that I made an error on my paperwork and when I rang 23/10/2015 @ 4.55pm I was told bad luck due to the fact that I needed to change my information from Sole Trader to a Partnership I would need to pay the full amount of $196 to cancel and re-submit for a new ABN etc. and that was all you could do for me then I need to say thanks for nothing.
I am aware of the error being my fault BUT if I can ring the ATO directly and have the details changed at no cost then I assume so can you. I would call that good customer service - wouldn't you?

Good and fast customers services

Thos site is easy to use, fast response times and very affordable. I am now in business after only a few minutes!!!
Very happy!!!!

I would recommend this site to anyone,in a heart beat,no fuss,painless experience

Slow service with no indication of the length of time it would take to have anything completed. No way of checking this either.
