Aperture mi cuenta el primer dia aposte y gane el dia siguiente no podia entrar a mi cuenta, no recomiendo esta basura, me tienen 3 mil dolares retenidos

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I received a $10 bonus offer, opted in as instructed, and placed a qualifying 3-team parlay. After the bet settled, the bonus never appeared in my account.

When I contacted customer support, I was told I did not qualify — despite following the stated requirements. There was no clear explanation of why I supposedly didn’t qualify, which feels misleading and frustrating.

If you’re going to advertise promotional bonuses, they should be honored when customers meet the terms. Transparency and consistency matter. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question the reliability of their promotions.

I love the website. Great odds, great customer service, and can bet on any sport pre match or live odds. A+ book!

Volviendo al punto, después de semanas muy buenas, mi cuenta llego a los 18.000 usd, hasta que llegó el momento de retirar el dinero, con la cuenta debidamente validada con mi identidad. Realice una solicitud por 5.000 usd (Es el máximo semanal que paga esta casa) y hasta ahí, todo normal. Posteriormente recibo un correo con el rechazo de dicho retiro y en un par de días, la cuenta fue bloqueada. Esto ocurrió en el mes de ABRIL de 2024. Como ven, ya es 14 de Diciembre y la cuenta, sigue suspendida, pero reconocen que hay fondos y que sigue en investigación. La verdad es que ya agoté todos los medios con ellos y no queda más que comenzar a desprestigiarlos por internet, ya que han sido el único sitio, donde he tenido algún problema.
Favor mantenerse lejos de este sitio, porque claramente, no paga a los ganadores.
