I buy online.Always prompt service, items well protected and checked off the sales receipt.The items themselves are always a delight, never had a faulty one. They come 48 hour tracked with Royal Mail, you don't have to be in, but you know where and when it'll arrive, which is great.Pleased to see website now often includes a picture of the item being worn to give a better idea of size. I contacted customer service as I lost an earring which was from years ago, couldn't have been more helpful.
What's not to love?

I always get a great service from B&W and never hesitate to buy from them.
The website us lovely and easy to use and orders seem to get despatched immediately with very prompt delivery

After some confusion, I received the necklace that I originally wanted. The exchange was pretty quick and fuss free. I am delighted with both purchases.

He is such a gifted designer, a one off , I really don't know how he manages to come up with ideas season after season .
His staff are so delightful it's a pleasure to go there , you really don't ever want to leave .

I had the pansy bracelet from QVC last year. It is my favourite colour and is so beautiful. I therefore ordered the pansy necklace and wasnt disappointed. It is so very beautiful and I will buy a lilac outfit just to wear with it. I absolutely love B & W and have several pieces now. It is always unusual and people often comment on it.

I have been a big fan of Butler and Wilson for many many years and have a collection of beautiful pieces over the years. I used to love looking in the shop window when I was walking past and drooling. !!! I love things that are different and B&W certainly hit my brief. I’m a fan of Butler and Wilson brooches and the company have always been very responsive to any enquiries. My latest purchases didn’t disappoint. They are beautiful and arrived in beautiful packaging. Their construction is robust with each brooch pin secured closed with a pin stay, so they don’t work loose. The colours are vibrant and the sparkle is delicious!
