Our butler was great

Our butler was great! He was on time and had plenty of games to play. He made what was a rather chilled evening into a very lively one full of laughter! He was also very polite! No suggestions 😊

Preston

Preston was such a great guy, he made the whole experience so much fun and knew his limits. With such a range of ages in our group he made sure we were all comfortable but still had so much fun.
He’s a fab person and a great entertainer, would highly recommend. Thank you Preston 🥰

Butler contacted me 3 hours before


Butler contacted me 3 hours before arrival asking for us to bring stuff for games. Arrived on time but did not deliver. Been to many hen parties before with similar entertainment. Usually they get the party started and kick things off
but in all honesty, he was boring. Considering he was a “butler”, he did not pour or serve any drinks, games were rushed and amateur and our party was left feeling awkward and let down.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear you felt disappointed, as this is not the standard we’re known for.

To clarify a few points, the butler who attended your booking is one of our experienced team members, with over 5 years of experience delivering hen party events. He has covered a large number of bookings and consistently receives excellent feedback.

You mentioned he contacted you 3 hours before arrival, this was specifically to check what games you wanted included, and to make sure the session was tailored to your group.

This is something we encourage, as different groups want different levels of games, hosting, and interaction.
Your booking also included our complimentary offer of a rose and chocolates, worth £20, as part of your booking.
We always aim to create a fun, confident atmosphere from the moment our butlers arrive, including serving drinks, running games, and getting the group involved.

If you felt this was not delivered, we would have appreciated being contacted at the time, so we could have addressed it immediately. As this review was left 2 weeks post event,

Amazing host, thank you!!!

Daniel was amazing he literally read the room and fitted in perfectly! Nothing was a problem, he kept everyone’s drinks topped up and was just so helpful and easy going. I’d have him at my party again clothes on or off. Thanks Daniel you made my 40th!!

First time we’ve used Butlers with Bums


First time we’ve used Butlers with Bums and would highly recommend them. We booked a butler for our friends 40th birthday - it was a mixed group, Chris was brilliant throughout, played games and served us drinks - we had a great time. I haven’t laughed so much!

Our evening with Seb

Our evening with Seb, our butler, was fantastic! His professionalism, lively personality, and playful nature made him a perfect fit for our hen party. I would strongly recommend Seb to others, as he kept the drinks flowing all night and joined in our games with enthusiasm and a cheerful demeanor.

We had the best time with Alex

We had the best time with Alex, he made sure the birthday girl had full attention but also made sure everyone else was still having fun too. 10/10 for service and we’d definitely use this company again for our butlers.

Absolutely awesome ♥

Not the first time I’ve used this company and won’t be the last! Ben, Seb and Jo were absolutely fantastic at my 40th party. We kept them busy with 175 people and they don’t just look incredible- they work hard too! I can’t thank them all enough for being the cherries on the cake!

So Callum came for a life drawing


So Callum came for a life drawing session for my daughters hen weekend and what a brilliant time we had. As he arrived I did think his what have I done but from walking into the room he put us all at ease and the whole experience was brilliant. We didn’t just do drawings of him which by the way were mostly rubbish but hilarious we played games in between the drawing sessions which made it even funnier. I would recommend this to anyone having a hen party it was one and a half hours so well spent with fab memories made
