Surprise for a 21st
Booked for my daughters21st . He was totally fabulous . Very professional and so much fun . He arrived early and left late - he did not rush out as soon as the paid booked time was up but instead made sure everyone was ready for him to go and that he had said goodbye to everyone individually
He led the party from the start with games and songs . It was a group of girls , many of whom did not know each other , but he made sure everyone was involved and created a fabulous fun atmosphere - my daughter loved it . Thank you fir making her 21st a night to remember for her and everyone there

Flawless and Fun!
Absolutely couldnât fault our butler, Terry! We had a slight hiccup, absolutely no fault of his, but he made it work with no complaints at all. As a group of nervous hens, unsure how this would go, he put us all completely at ease and took the reins on our life-drawing class - no awkwardness at all! Professional at all times but still a real laugh. Highly recommend!

Booked with them for a 60th stating ourâŠ
Booked with them for a 60th stating our preferred requirements. With a week to go I request a small time change which was fine but they used that opportunity to inform me the my preferences could not be met. I asked for a photo of who was coming which they said its not their policy. I booked with another agency who straight away sent a photo of someone meeting our preferences and he turned out to meet our requirements perfectly. Refund of my deposit was sadly not forthcoming.

Your 60th celebration was important to us, and we genuinely aimed to make it as memorable as possible. When you originally booked, we had assigned a butler who perfectly matched your stated preferences. However, when you requested a change to the start time a week before the event, we advised that this could affect availability â particularly so close to the date.
We did offer the option to keep your original start time, which would have guaranteed your preferences, or to move to a slightly later time where we could still meet your requirements.
While it is not our policy to send out photos prior to bookings â to protect the privacy of our team â we always do our best to accommodate specific requests. I personally exchanged several emails with you to try and find a solution, and I also offered to still honour the booking even after you confirmed you'd made other arrangements.
That said, I do hope your birthday was a great success and that your event went well.
