For the first phone call to the end of works, I found that the staff were very professional and knowledgeable, they honestly didn't mind all my questions and explained everything to me, keeping me informed with photos and explanations throughout the whole process. Received a first class service from the original telephone call to the end result. Jordan in particular was very informative in offering different options to rectify the problem. The whole team did an excellent job on the day providing numerous photos of work as it progressed. Would highly recommend this company!

Extremely bad experience with this company, did not follow any health and safety legislation, was in breach of the contract on an insurance repair, damaged conservatory roof leaving holes and dents, totally damaged tenants pitched roof and broke a window, damaged guttering, damaged down pipes, damaged water water system, were supposed to reused tiles but smashed off the roof with hammers, left site strewn with rubbish
