Ordered a hat ages ago have given up receiving it £18 wasted would never use these con artists again

Order places with them on 1st August, promising 4-8 working days delivery. Emailed and received reply on 14th telling me it's still with courier. Have asked for refund, no reply. If you order with ten you will receive nothing and not get your money back. AVOID!

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience

My experience with Buttergrem was very frustrating and unprofessional.

I ordered a kitchen knife worth £17. Shortly after placing the order, I noticed their system still had my old address in Northern Ireland. I immediately emailed their customer support to inform them of my new address in England.

They acknowledged my email and I even received responses from three different Buttergrem support staff. In every reply, I clearly provided my new address.

Despite being informed multiple times, they still delivered the item to my old address in Northern Ireland.

When I raised the issue, I requested a simple and fair solution: either re-deliver the item to my correct address or refund the £17 I paid. Instead of resolving the problem, they refused and told me to contact the courier and the post office myself because the package was marked as delivered.

In other words, they expect the customer to fix a mistake that happened because they failed to update the address after being informed several times.

This shows a complete lack of accountability and very poor customer service. I will not be purchasing from Buttergrem again and would advise others to be cautious.

Complete and utter Scam , steer well away from this company, they trade on other false company name, beware the product is shipped from China and they demand high return cost if you reject it.
