Worst Customer Service Ever, Buyer Beware

You have to be kidding me that I have to pay for shipping. That is what has caused this mess and caused me to have to stop doing business with your company. As a disabled person I am astonished at the unprofessional and utter disregard of your company to make this situation right according to both sides. The tracking number is the same as the one used for delivery because I refused delivery at the UPS Store. Contact UPS for a shipping refund, period.
I am going to give your company really harsh reviews on every social media platform I can find. I am notifying all my friends who have ordered from you in the past to stop doing business as well. I found a company that offers the same or close to the same items and will start doing business with them or make my own.
I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING ON THESE ITEMS ON DELIVERY AND RETURN. I SUGGEST YOU GET YOUR MONEY FROM UPS. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND OF THE PRICE I PAID, YOU GAVE ME FREE SHIPPING ON PURCHASE. GET YOUR MONEY FROM UPS NOT A DISABLED OSTRACISED CUSTOMER.
To further add salt to my wounds from this transaction you made me get a neighbor to drive me to the UPS Store and get the package back to you within 2 days from your e-mail. I really suggest you look at your companies policies and decide to take care of your customers so that this does not happen again.
As you can see the delivery attempt was not made until Monday 4/6/2026. I was promised the package on both Friday 4/3/2026 and Saturday 4/4/2026. It was only after the customer service center from UPS was closed on 4-4 2026 that they changed the delivery day until Monday 4/6/2026. I had to go look for the UPS truck delivering in my area and had a long conversation with him regarding my package. He said it was not on his truck and he could do nothing about the situation. This is extremely horrific customer service by both UPS and Buttermaid Bakery.
