Eh esperado por más de 10 días, sin contar los fines de semana que no hay servicio, y durante todo este tiempo pararon ya 6 días y me mando una supuesta notificación de que mi rembolso se está procesando correctamente,ya espere demasiado tiempo y aun no tengo mi rembolso, no tengo a ningún asistente atendiendome solo supuestos tickets qué me dan para notificarme voluntariamente, además me rebajo 1mil colones más de mi cuenta cuando se suponía ya no tenía nada de mis datos y cuenta, fui muy sincera y trate de llegar a un acuerdo con ellos, pero solo me pasan dando vueltas y vueltas sin evacuar mi problema, literalmente me persuadieron de cambiar mi primera encuesta y ni aceptando eso me dan mi rembolso, esto es una página de estafa. Necesito saber si a alguien le han dado un rembolso oh no, porque no me siento segura con la espera
