The pricing here is absolutely outrageous. If you want to buy pets they are a fraction of the price at the much more professional website, starpets.

I ordered one pet to see if this is a scam or not, and it is worse than a scam. The customer service person (Ria) I was required to talk to to get my paid for pet was a disgusting, rude, and sassy person. Every thing I said she challenged and used against me, my age, relationship to cardholder, and everything thing else. Ria asked if he knew which made sense, but even after I said yes she asked and asked and asked to talk to him, and I said no because it was not needed and she threatened me each time. Terrible experience Ria TREATED and PROMISED she would REPORT THE PURCHASE AS FRAD. Ria was again discussing, rude, sassy, disrespectful, and talked to me like I was four and she was my rude teacher. Please don’t buy from them, by stress levels are high and I’m left shaking from stress.

I love this website i bought a FR owl and i got that but at first i thought it was guoing to scam ill still give it a five beacuse even though the wait was very long i got my DP i lowkey might buy a bat dragon but my friend didng get her owl though but she might leave a review but now that iam rich i dont give a dammn beacude im out here living tho lol i just love being rich and i love my roblox account it is safe and ban free and my adopt me account is also ban free wwith hack free it is so good that im gonna be the happest girl on earth my bf got banned from adopt me but we broke up cus hes poor but like i care i have my FR owl what i can rub in his and hers faces.

It seems like an okay website to purchase adopt me stuff, star pets is cheaper and these reviews seems even worse than star pets, waiting a year to get a response is ridiculous..

I would rather use star pets even though it’s crap at times (customer service)

I placed an order on 22/04. Emailed them three consecutive days since no response from seller. The webpage states quick delivery and to use “chat” option which does not exist. They no longer use their Facebook page so not sure how one would further communicate with them when emails fail to garner a response. I had to start refund process as I wasn’t sure if this company still operate or not.

Despite emails, numerous website contact forms, Facebook messenger messages, I’ve not had a single response since placing my order a week ago. Contacted PayPal to get a refund as I’ve got absolutely no idea if this item will ever be delivered because they won’t communicate.

It's been nearly a year, and I have sent multiple emails during the months, she responded in the beginning but stopped responding after the first one or two emails. I have been asking. I have been in a queue since 2022. All I ask for is good communication, sadly I didn't receive that or what I ordered. I am very dissatisfied and upset as I tried buying this as a present for someone. Luckily I prepared backup gifts that I didn't think I would need.
