Buyback Boss - they are a scam. They quoted me to purchase my iPhone 13 mini back in December and provided me a shipping label which has tracking. They received my phone on January 9th, I have proof of all of this. I have yet to recieve a payment or have my phone shipped back. I'm assuming they either lost it or just try to wait people out until they give up. I have exchanged a couple of emails saying they would research and get back to me and now they have stopped responding to me at all. This is 4 months later and still no payment. Do not use them, they will take your phone.

Having never sold a phone before I had MANY questions. Buybackboss got right back to me (and it was on a weekend!), and made the whole selling process very easy. I will use them again!

I returned 7 phones in good condition. Buyback Boss assessed all of them as fair claiming heavy scratching and supposedly one reported as stolen. They purposely assess the condition as the lowest possible in order to lower your payout. Do not waste your time unless you want to get a fraction of the value from your devices. Go with a different company.

Unfortunately, my second transaction with this company was disappointing. They downgraded my device and reduced the quoted estimate, claiming the camera was damaged. I had fully tested the phone before sending it in and found no issues, so this came as a surprise.

I asked for proof and requested the phone be returned. They did make a counteroffer with a slightly higher price, but it was still only about half of the original estimate. After getting the phone back, I had it inspected by a local repair shop and no problems were found. I then sent the same phone to another buyback company and received payment matching the original estimate that BuybackBoss offered.

Leaving 2 stars because at least the communication was good.

Great service. This is my second time I sell Buyback Boss an iPhone. They made and paid me a competitive offer. I was emailed a prepaid mailing label. Shipping was easy and their evaluation and final offer was quick. I had questions about the payment offer and they quickly responded and paid me via EFT in a prompt manner. BuyBack exceeded my expectations. I was offered $80 for my old iPhone which I accepted. After they received my phone (at their shipping expense) they told me it was in better condition than I estimated and they raised the offer to $100. I opted to have my payment put on a gift card and they gave me a list of about 50 cards to choose from. I opted for a card that had a 20% bonus so in the end I received $120. How could I not be happy?

This was a Great experience with Buyback Boss, I needed to get an updated phone for my wife so it would link with her new watch. I purchased the new phone from my carrier and once We received the new phone we contacted our carrier to buy her old phone. They offered a whopping $ 24.00.
I declined the offer and went on a search to find a better offer. I looked at several sites and decided on Buyback Boss, they offered to buy our phone for $ 59.00. It was a better offer than all of the other sites so I decided to accept the offer.
The process was super fast and easy, within minutes I had a written offer and a prepaid shipping label. I boxed the phone up and dropped it off at the post office.
I received multiple e-mails confirming the phone was in shipping, received, and also under inspection. About one week later I received a surprising e-mail saying they had completed the inspection and decided the phone was in better condition than they had expected and they increased my payment to $ 80.00.
Who does that!!! That evening they sent the money to my PayPal account and the transaction was complete. I highly recommend them for both their speed, clarity, and honesty. You won’t be disappointed!

Dont do business with them!!!!! Be aware !!!!!I shipped a phone to them. It has an small scratch behind the camera section of it which was only noticeable under good light. They broke it and were low balling me intentionally for dirt price. I told them to fix it before they send it back,never got response for it for that issue.They just declined that saying they didnt do it.

My experience was great with Buyback Boss. The process was explained well, everything was done in a timely manner, and they stayed in contact with me through out the process.
