Customer service replied really fast
Customer service replied really fast. Although the order was delivered only a week after I placed it, I guess that’s because of the Black Friday sale and the upcoming Christmas season. The package arrived well packed.
I do have two issues, though. First, there are two approximately 1-euro-coin–sized damages on the leather (I don’t think it’s a cow’s scar — it looks more like something that happened during production). I think I can work around it, but if I wanted to make something larger, like a backpack, I probably wouldn’t be happy.
Second, I ordered Baldassi Wax Pull-Up leather in burgundy, but received Pueblo burgundy instead. However, I actually like it, so I’m kind of happy with it.
Definitely going to order more.

Non è lo standard che vogliamo offrire, e ci dispiace se l’attesa le è sembrata lunga.

Très bonne qualité de cuir, grande quantité et des prix vraiment bas pour cette qualité. Je suis cordonnier pro et je suis vraiment content de cette firme.
le service après vente est top. J'avais reçu une mauvaise peau, et ils ont pris tout en charge : renvoi, changement, etc. Et le délais de réponse des mails est le jour même.

Reliable Quality and Great Service
I’ve been buying from BuyLeatherOnline for a while now, and the quality has always been excellent. Delivery times are reasonable, and the service is consistently reliable. I also want to highlight how friendly and supportive the team is — especially Tommaso and Sara, who are always quick to help and genuinely care about their customers. On one occasion, one piece didn’t meet the usual standard, and they replaced it quickly and without any hassle. Overall, a great company to work with — definitely recommend.

Hides were excellent with good consistent colour, the additional included in the order to make up for one hide being smaller than the listed average was hugely appreciated.
