They made me waste my work time several


They made me waste my work time several times and called me in a bad mood because I could not attend to them during my working hours. They ask for bank details, not bank statements, and later they ask for statements and access to your bank account. They use the credit score as an excuse to refuse a minor credit,t and I checked my score, which is good. I dont recomend this company at all.

The amount offered was only based on my income alone not household income and as a result much lower than wanted

Thanks for your feedback, I completely understand why you would query this, so I’ll explain how the assessment works.

When we assess an application, we’re required by law to base the affordability decision on your individual income and financial circumstances only. We are not able to take household income into account as the other person is not named on the credit application. Responsible lending is to ensure that the finance is affordable for you personally, without relying on someone else’s income

Because of this, the offer we made was based on the information we could verify about your own income and existing financial commitments, which resulted in a lower amount than you were hoping for.

Felt harassed into signing when I was


Felt harassed into signing when I was advised I had a month to sign. Once signed, having deliberately waited so that the Direct Debit repayment date would align with a date that worked for me, they then didn’t implement until 2 months later and picked a random date that is a complete nightmare for me.

Really disappointed at the lack of communication and repayment date consideration.

Great communication, easy to get approved

We took out finance for flooring for the whole house. The setup was super easy. The communication solid. All the paperwork was easy to fill out with minimal fuss. The response was almost immediate. I suspect they have some automation which approves when the information is all correct and no issues flagged. 10/10 Would recommend.

Outstanding company

I was going to do some training and I was going to us buyline for the finance but l changed my mind about it.The company wouldn't let me cancel but buyline was amazing about it I spoke two members of staff about it and there nothing they wouldn't do to help anyone customer service is excellent I've never been so grateful to any company how they resolved my problem and was able to get my course cancelled.If need finance again I would use buyline differently
