Made an order with them earlier in December and order was sent out and got a tracking number. The order was stuck at customs in Toronto for months so never got my order. When reached out to customer service they told me they were the order was from a previous owner of the website and could not reship my order even tho I gave them my order number, tracking number and receipt of payment with bitcoin. Very disappointed with the service and now out $290.

Shane is a great guy. Went out of his way to help me! From now on he will be my go to source!

I am writing this review to warn others so they don’t lose money like I did.
My experience was with buymoda.su, which is an obvious scam. It is NOT the same site as buymoda.net, despite the similar name.
What happened:
Checkout was guest-only (no account creation)
Payment was taken via Bitcoin
The site stated I would receive an email confirmation after payment
No confirmation email ever arrived
No order tracking, no dashboard, no proof of purchase
“Support” appears to be AI-based with Telegram listed, but no real response was ever given
I contacted support on 30/12 and received nothing
This setup is clearly designed to take crypto payments with no accountability. Once the Bitcoin is sent, there is no communication, no confirmation, and no way to resolve anything.
To be absolutely clear:
buymoda.su = SCAM
buymoda.net = legitimate site and NOT responsible for this
I am leaving this review solely to stop others from falling into the same trap. Double-check the domain before ordering — the similarity in names is misleading and dangerous.
If this review saves even one person from losing money, it’s done its job.

Feels like a scam now. I've bought from them in the past an affiliate website with no issue. Now, I made a new purchase using a different email, it never asked me to confirm my email registration, went through with the crypto transaction and transfer, and then again got no confirmation of the sale sent to my email, even though the money has been taking out of my account. Customer service is non-existent. This is a scam!
