My order never arrived. It took weeks and weeks of back and forth emailing (and posting a negative review) to finally get a full refund.

Follow up: Haha, I am just seeing their (untrue) reply to my review years later whilst posting a positive review with another company... Incredible! The item was 100% never delivered to me (the order was meant to be delivered via UPS anyway 803325220909548777) and they indeed refused to issue a refund until after I emailed 12 times and warned them I would post a bad review if they did not issue a refund).

Jewelries is considered to be something expensive actually, nevertheless I try to buy jewelries or my wife and my mother as girls like jewelries =) So, recently I discovered this service for me as i didn't know about it earlier. I started to explore the assortment here and when the prices weren't clear to me I applied to customer support, where managers politely explained me all the peculiarities. Finally, I ordered a ring and a necklace for my wife and mother as they really deserve wearing such jewelries.Everything was delivered quite fast and without any delays.
