We’re sorry to see your review, but we must clarify that your claims are false and misleading.

You initially contacted our support team requesting “1 clean static residential IP from USA – dedicated, non-shared, and not flagged.” We recommended our Static Residential plan, which exactly matches your request. You later confirmed you needed over 100 such IPs and proceeded to place an order.

After purchase, you asked to use the IP via VPN (OpenVPN or WireGuard). We clearly informed you that our service provides proxies, not VPNs, and that we never advertised VPN functionality. We also offered guidance on how to route your device traffic using tools like Proxifier, which are commonly used with proxy connections.

Despite receiving exactly what you ordered and getting support throughout the process, you demanded a refund after realizing proxies do not work like VPNs. We kindly informed you that we have a strict no-refund policy, which you agreed to upon signing up. This policy exists because our system is automated and each order is instantly paid to our providers, who do not issue refunds to us. Therefore, once an order is fulfilled, we cannot reverse the transaction.

Let us be clear:
✅ You received the exact product you ordered
✅ Nowhere on our website do we claim to offer VPN services
✅ We provided full support before and after your order
✅ There was no scam or deception involved

We always strive for transparency and fairness, and we encourage users to read service descriptions carefully before purchasing. Misunderstandings can happen, but calling us scammers after receiving exactly what was requested is both unfair and untrue.

How you manage the proxy is under your responsibility, we can guarantee fresh and clean proxy at delivery but after you use it it's up to you if the proxy stay clean or not. We have tons of customers using our proxies for years without being banned. I am sorry for your loss, you can always contact our live chat support on website to help you. Can i know your username? I cannot find any account on our website with your name registered. I need to check your plan to see what proxies you have and if you can tell me what accounts were banned with our proxies? What use do you have for the proxies?

Hello,

You bought our services on 2023-04-03
After around 10 days you contacted us to change the IP claiming is not working for your needs.
After checking the logs we saw that the IP was used actually for those 10 days and eventually you got it banned if it stopped working. We replaced your IP since all plans comes with 1 free replacement. After a few days you banned that IP also and you came back asking for another replacement. Since the system allows only 1 replacement per month the customer service support could not help but suggested you to open a ticket so the management can provide another replacement token. You said that if you do not get another replacement you will leave a negative review on Trustpilot. Before Ticket Center had the time to answer you already wrote a bad review on Trustpilot. After the management checked your ticket they sent another replacement token in your account. You edited your bad review into a good one for the help you had received from the customer support team.
After one week it seams you banned again your IP and edited the review into a bad one.
So long story shot:
No one scammed you, no one is fraudulent here as you claimed, we even provided you an extra replacement at our own cost.
You needed 10 days to realize that the IP is not working as described? or your poor experience with how a proxy should be managed eventually banned your IP? I see you also had a chat with one of our live operators asking why your IP is getting detected and he explained you about DNS leaks, time zone settings, webRTC, browsers saved cache and cookies and many more. Since you had little knowledge about this I assume that because of your lack of experience with proxies you blamed us for your failure.
We hope you will find a provider that will live up to your expectations.

Update: We are selling Proxies we do not use them for Branded Surveys or any other usage but what I can do is to check the logs and ask customers who used the Proxies for Surveys to leave a review here if the IP's worked for them. I know we have tons of customers for Surveys so if the IP's did not worked I do not see the point to come back and buy more. No one lied to you we had tons of customers using proxies for surveys.
