**Unfortunately its a scam**

Any positive feedback is definitely staged and composed by the company or friends of the company. It has been 20 days since I trusted I would have a game delivered. The site give a path to the game that is false and the company has failed to reply to my messages. So as far as I can tell they has stolen my money. Ive alerted my financial institution of the fraud and filed a report so that it is in writing. Please do not trust this business. This was a game my sons really wanted,go to Walmart and buy it this site WILL STEAL your money. Sad company using children's games to steal money.

Definitely a scam I purchased a game and received emails in regards to the game purchase but no response after they took my money and no game received as well.

It’s a scam, been wait four days now and nothing, I’ve chatted I’ve emailed and I’ve put in a support ticket. It’s a scam if you fell for it i hope you didn’t put in to much money .

This website is a scam! Never go through them. Over 24 hours and they take your money and will never get back to you. Take your money somewhere else.

Over 24 hours and still have yet to receive my order. I have tried communicating with them via the chat feature, left a comment under my purchase, sent a ticket to their email, and called the customer support number, all during working hours mind you, but have not received ANY help. I’m beyond frustrated and will be fighting this charge off my credit card, as well as reporting this site for scam. I’m disgusted at the lack of customer service. At this point I would just prefer a refund over the game.

Absolute scam. I paid for 2 games and never received either. I am $60 down and they have not answered a single phone call, email, or message. AVOID!

Never received anything waste of $40 do not buy from here wish I read the reviews sooner lol that’s what I get for trying to be cheap and shoveling for my son THIEVES no reply no nothing not from email or the chat or by phone.. don’t let them trick you by them saying “time zone” it’s been 24 hours and I haven’t heard anything but I’m disputing it with my bank so I’m sure I’ll get my money back

I placed an order through this website and was charged promptly, but I never received the products. Despite their claim that delivery occurs within hours, it has now been over a month.

I received a single email response promising either delivery or a refund, but neither happened. Since then, I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails and attempted to call—none of which have been answered.

Based on numerous reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone. Many other customers report the same pattern: payment accepted, no delivery, no communication.

At this point, I’m concerned this is a deliberate scam. At the very least, the company should take the website offline to prevent more people from falling victim to the same issue.

Avoid this site.

Stay away like all these reviews say they take you money and you never hear anything else. No game, no responses to email, phone, or support chat. Complete fraud! If I ever get a refund I’ll update my review.

Purchased a game from them. I never received any login/password information. I wish I had found these reviews before purchase. Do NOT buy from them. They take your money, do not answer in the site chat, email, submitting tickets, or phone calls. Absolutely horrible. And a complete scam.

they take too long to respond if u have an issue with your order and sometime they dont even deliver the game that u ordered stay TF AWAY FROM THIS PAGE!

Its been almost 2 weeks since my digital purchase which they say you should have within 30 minutes and still nothing. No one answers my phone calls or emails. STAY AWAY!

Yeahhh so this is a scam site…

I wish I read the actual reviews (not the paid 5 star ones above). It is—in fact, too good to be true. Just pay full price and save yourself the bank dispute like the rest of us are dealing with.

You pay, then never receive the code for the game. They won’t answer the phone so don’t get your hopes up that they just forgot to send your code. Also don’t be fooled by being “Link verified”, they won’t be for long… I reported them.

I bought a game and they didn’t send me the code to redeem it. I didn’t even get a confirmation email. I tried contacting them but got no response back. This website is a scam.

This is a scam. I bought game and it kept asking me for verification code and google authenticator no, noboby replies with the code. keeps sending me generic video how to install the game.

The email and password they provided for my purchase never worked. The merchant refused refund for a defective product.

I think the site is scam. I Bought a game almost two weeks ago, and they send i wront email to download the game. I tried to call them several times but no answer...
