Not what I wanted, but the owner tried to assist
I paid for an account and initially contacted the company several times about my order at their admin email address with zero response. After 3 days, they finally reached out to me and sent my account. It was a Spanish language motivational account instead of an American beauty type of account which is what I wanted. Needless to say I was highly disappointed. It would have been nice to know that this wasnât an English account, nor a beauty account upfront, I would have never purchased it. The owner was professional and offered to exchange it for me to an English motivational account but I had already gone through the verification process. Lesson learned.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for recognising that we did try to help. We're sorry the initial delay in replying to your emails got things off on the wrong foot, that part is on us, and we've since tightened how quickly our team responds, we now monitor admin@buytiktokaccount.com daily and reply within hours.
On the account itself, the order placed was for a standard monetized account, with no specific niche or content language noted at checkout, so that is what was prepared and delivered after passing our listing checks. The moment you told us the content wasn't what you were after, we offered a free exchange for an English motivational account, and that offer is still open to you.
If you'd like us to arrange the replacement, just email us at admin@buytiktokaccount.com and we'll sort it out straight away. We'd genuinely welcome the chance to turn this into a better experience.
