Long time customer of buzz bingo…
Long time customer of buzz bingo online. Have deposited lots and every time I make a withdrawal it takes days for it to be processed, considering it says they are processed within an hour…they never are. For a big well known company, it should not take this long to process a withdrawal.

You should only ever deposit and play through money you are happy to potentially lose as there is no guarantee to win. Should you ever begin to feel frustrated with the amount you are winning back, we would always advise utilizing our safer gambling tools for a cool down period.

Overhaul and re training needed within the CS department.
Their online support is absolutely abysmal. The chat agents are so rude. As a chat agent myself for another company I’m quite surprised they are trained to talk the way they are. You explain the issue and they talk to you like you are dumb. They have no desire to help at all. This is not an isolated occurrence either, I had to contact them a couple of weeks ago also and was spoken to the same way.

Absolute hell whole
Absolute hell whole , slots are as bad as I’ve seen , literally hundreds and nothing back ever ! Ever time ! Bingo is shite , line pays a £10 and doesn’t even cover the book 😂 house isn’t much better . Staff all look fed up and bored just a complete and utter boring waste of time .

They say top 10 and we will give u 10 free to play on bingo spent and never won there is a surprise as been playing on this site for 3 years and never won a penny and never got my free 10 bingo bonus a complete scam site will be making a appointment to see my solicitor as this is false advertisement I would really like to solve this matter out of court if not I will have no other option to take this matter further

Cant believe how long it takes to fix…
Cant believe how long it takes to fix air conditioning . The place is a sweat box. Not fun at all. Takes the fun out of playing . Looked on a previois review. Wheres the fans . Buzz Bingo being tight whilst were all suffering . Gonna contact CEO see if that works. Such a shame

A review of bingo live chat hosts
This review was advertised to me via email to fill out in reguards interacting with an online live bingo chat room with love hosts. I can only answer with that in mind. During my experience I drew attention to UKGC and KYC laws on UK. Although the host was happy to happy answer my questions with corporate speak, reading between lines I felt he couldn't have agreed with my premises even if he wanted to. On the whole a live host in chat is a good thing it definitely encourages people to participate in social elements of online bingo. One down side without a deposit in the last 30 days the chat game prises will be unavailable for you to win. I was upfront about the fact i was ineligible, would have been interesting to have won a chat game without disclosing that to see how it would have been handled. From what I could tell by the interactions within chat, was that the winners of the chat games were credited their prises promptly so that's a nice thing. That's all I have to add, there are no incentives for me to fill this out, just being helpful to whoever is reading this.

The reason I have given 3 stars is because the wizards always win in my opinion they should be banned, none of the staff say anything if it’s noisy the prices are to expensive for what you pay for and the prize money is really poor. It’s the same people always winning once an again the wizards it’s not fair it doesn’t matter about how many tickets you buy either.
When you go to other bingo halls it’s totally different if they don’t shout out they don’t get there money it’s as simple as that.

Understanding your feelings, we would like to point out that we are a regulated company and are constantly being monitored by the relevant authorities to ensure that we provide fair game play to all our players. Following from this, as a regulated company that is licensed by the Gambling Commission, there is absolutely no way that we can influence the outcome of any games, this includes the ratio of payouts.
It is important to note that we do offer touchpad packages with higher numbers of tickets compared to those available on paper.
