The bingo hall is in need of a refurbishment and an improved cleaning regime. The brass hand rails have not been polished in a long time which makes them feel sticky. This and seeing the same pieces of litter on the floor under the tables for weeks on end puts me off ordering food.

Regulars made me feel very uncomfortable
Staff were OK tables small tight
Regulars were very loud when some one else spoke they didnt like it. They were rude annoying and made me feel very uncomfortable
I travel to alot of buzz bingos never have I felt awkward. Regulars took the piss out off another lady

Lincoln club could do with new touch…
Lincoln club could do with new touch pads. They always go flat while playing. Then your rushing to get another so as not to miss numbers. Other than that it’s a good club.

Buzz bingo Irvine is one of the worst…
Buzz bingo Irvine is one of the worst bingo halls I have encountered. Irvine is a health and saftey nightmare. Saff training needed. And a total upgrade on the service of food and being available when electronic pads go wtong. Staff need new uniforms and being polite to customers. I won't be surprised if this place shits down soon. Never be back. Manager needs replaced ASAP.

We do operate with a Random Number Generator as required to, this is to ensure the outcomes of our games are fair for all customers. With Gambling it is always nice to have a win, but unfortunately there is no guarantee that you will win the amount you have put into the site.
You should only ever deposit and play through money you are happy to potentially lose as there is no guarantee to win. Should you ever begin to feel frustrated with the amount you are winning back, we would always advise utilizing our safer gambling tools for a cool down period.

From Friday don't loads free spins. I was told twice via live chat to wait, and they promised everything would be fixed yesterday. Maybe they could just swap it for a working game, like other sites do?

Sort it out Buzz ..
Buzz sends message to say you have won free spins click on link. Link does not work so tried it 3 or 4 different times and 2 different devices still not working got on to a lovely customer service lady was quick to say we are aware of the problem and we are working on it. Here we are 24 hours on link still not working.

Everytime I've been the table top bingo slots isn't working when you pull then up on it they make you feel like your in the wrong and are lieing then turns into a full laughing shit show where there starting at you talking waiting for your money back wouldn't waste your time go to a diffrent club

Poor service
Went to this club, electronic device kept disconnecting through the games, I tried to get attention of the staff to rectify the problem to no avail. They just continued chatting to each other. Found it a poor service didn't feel like I got a game of bingo. Finally got the board swapped during the last half of the games. Will not be going to this club again. Disappointed

Long time customer of buzz bingo…
Long time customer of buzz bingo online. Have deposited lots and every time I make a withdrawal it takes days for it to be processed, considering it says they are processed within an hour…they never are. For a big well known company, it should not take this long to process a withdrawal.
