Terrible experience at Buzz Clacton
Went to Buzz club Clacton on sea yesterday (Monday) Terrible experience, three women constantly talking loudly whilst the 12 o'clock games were being played. Despite people telling them to shut up and also the caller telling them to be quiet and go outside to talk they ignored everyone. It made playing the games a misery. There is also the big money 2pm game. Why does Andy need to shout out so loudly, he doesn't talk, just shouts, ends up giving people a headache

Went to Buzz club Clacton yesterday…
Went to Buzz club Clacton yesterday afternoon. My whole afternoon was spoilt by four individuals who thought it was permissable to be loud and obnoxious. They had no respect for people playing bingo and they were so loud with their shouting at times that it was hard to hear Roy calling out the numbers. As usual, no management in the hall to tell these people to be quiet. Quite a few players were fed up with these people. I spend good money in the club and I expect to go there to enjoy the games and not to have to put up with these loud annoying people.

Had such an amazing time at Clacton…
Had such an amazing time at Clacton Buzz Bingo, the management team are very hands on, I haven't seen that in any other clubs I go to.
The staff are very friendly, I can't fault most of them.
There are two members who keeps disappearing off together. The girl never smiles and always looks at us like we are a piece of dirt, 😔 the boy looks like he doesn't want to be there, which is a shame as the club is so friendly.

Staff make this venue. Very welcoming and make you feel at home. Management VERY involved in all aspects of shift. Something I haven't seen at the other 2 venues I have visited.
I do find it frustrating that there are more electronic games but there are never any paper only sessions. I think there should be a paper only session (either early or late) for those of us that only play paper as electronic is not very entertaining just looking at a screen. Paper much more involved and I think would be good to play without losing out to someone watching a screen with all the extra tickets they get.

Went to buzz in Claxton first it was so…
Went to buzz in Claxton first it was so cold everybody were wearing there cars to keep warm secondly girl on book sales cooked meals after one o'clock as no staff thirdly went to buffet ordered two cappuccinos told only black coffee as no milk powder for machine black coffee three quarters full as should of had milk added the bingo has gone downhill since last visit
