Deceptive advertising of price
Deceptive advertising of price in Doncaster club. Management in Doncaster club not any help refusing to accept and acknowledge the quoted price printed in mailing for 27th October afternoon session. Just gave poor excuses. Would not honour advertised price. Will not be returning so you have lost 3 customers and hopefully many more. Hope you get closed down treating customers with contempt. Disgusting. Will be putting in formal complaint to head office and contacting trading standards and advertising authority. Suggest management training in customer service as minimum or dissmisal.
