hi I and my partner was invited by head manager buzz bingo Enfield to play and get free bingo diamond plus
its happening more time before
today 06/05/2023 at 7.30 pm we are decided to come and using bar code that we received by email but lady from aboard with bad languague pretending she is manager not accepted our barcode
she was very rude and she using racist words to kick us out from bingo we are still at shock and we will never come back to Enfield buzz bingo even we spent a lot for every visit absolutely disgustind unpoffesional worker
please stop inviting us any more!!!!!!!

Having played bingo and slots in both club Enfield and online have never had any of the problems mentioned food,which was ordered directly from machine and brought to table by pollute staff with a knowledge of members( I was new) verification,
I won on the first online visit and withdrew my winnings that evening at bingo, I also won at bingo and have since won online and have withdrawn to have money in my account within 2 hours. So unsure where all of the awful reviews have come from.
People only seem to ever write bad reviews very rarely good ones, on anything
Eg I once booked a hotel in Egypt then read reviews that complained about flies and insects in a country that is 30* + temperature, honestly people’s expectations do not meet reality!!
