I am sorry to hear you have not been too lucky so far with us. Understanding your feelings, we would like to point out that we are a regulated company and are constantly being monitored by the relevant authorities to ensure that we provide fair game play to all our players. Following from this, as a regulated company that is licensed by the Gambling Commission, there is absolutely no way that we can influence the outcome of any games, this includes the ratio of payouts.

I am sorry to hear of your experience on your visit to the Ashmore Park Club.

Unfortunately, to ensure all customers are able to redeem vouchers and to maintain a fair policy all customers must provide the original voucher to redeem in the club. We do not accept screenshots or photocopies of vouchers as per the terms and conditions of Voucher Redemption.

I'm sorry if this policy affected your visit negatively, we never intend to offend or have a negative impact on a customer's visit. I do hope you return to the club and wish you all good luck.

I am sorry to hear of your experience with our club promotions! We will always try to provide an inclusive experience for all attending customers to our clubs by including a variety of promotions and pricing packages. Due to the differing promotions we offer this can affect both prize money and attendance.

If you have any concerns during your visit to the club please ask to speak to a member of management immediately you will attempt to address this as soon as possible.

I will raise this internally to our promotions team for review to ensure continual improvement in the service provided to our loyal customers.
