Hello Judith. I sent you an email requesting information but at this point I have had no reply. I can only help you when you reply. I note you are talking about the free bag of coffee I sent you? This is ground for the HandyBrew as it always has been. However, I could have made a grind error. I am not perfect. If your issue is the HandyBrew, it may be faulty. I have had one faulty one since we started selling them. If this is the case I can refund your purchase or organise for you to return it for another one. Please let me know so I can put a smile on your face!!
