Instagram turns Trial Reels on for each account separately, usually at around 200 followers, so results depend on the account and growth is steady rather than overnight. When it works, it works well: trial reels posted through Buzzfy have passed 10,000 views more than 13,800 times. You also get creator analytics, an AI Virality Score, comment-to-DM automations and community management.

Hi Anandita, we're sorry this left you feeling tricked. That's the opposite of what we want.

To clear it up for you and for anyone reading: when you emailed us about the monthly charge, we confirmed your cancellation within two hours and refunded the $19 the same day. All three charges on your account have since been fully returned to you, and your subscription is cancelled, so there will be no further charges.

The $49 was the Viral Reels Playbook, an optional add-on shown on the screen right after checkout, which states it as a one-time $49 charge. It isn't a subscription, which is why it doesn't appear with your plan in the dashboard. The $19 was the trial week renewing into the monthly plan after 7 days. The checkout screen shows this as "$6 first week, then $19/month". We're sorry both still caught you off guard, and we're looking at how to make them even clearer.

On cancelling and card details: every Buzzfy user can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing. We don't store card details at all. We never even see them. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, and you can remove your card whenever you like by clicking "Manage Billing", which opens Stripe's customer portal.

Hi Nenad, you're right, and we're sorry. When you deleted your account on 8 September, our Delete button didn't also cancel your subscription, so you were charged $19 when your trial renewed. That shouldn't have happened. When you contacted us we refunded the full $19 and cancelled your subscription the same day, so no further charges can occur. We've now also permanently erased your account and personal data, including your details with our payment processor. We only keep the invoice records the law requires. We're changing the Delete button so it cancels billing immediately, so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank you for flagging it.

Hi R. Ramirez, thank you for such a fair review. You're right, and we're sorry.

Instagram only turns on Trial Reels once an account reaches roughly 200 followers. When you joined, your account had fewer than 50, so trial reels couldn't be posted yet. We should have made that clear before you paid, not after.

You're also right about the Virality Score. Your uploads took more than a day to analyse, which isn't what we promised. We've since fixed it, and uploads are now usually analysed in about a minute. We're also sorry your emails went unanswered.

To be clear about what Buzzfy is: we don't sell followers, and we never add fake ones. Buzzfy takes your best reels, makes new versions of them and posts them as Instagram Trial Reels. Trial Reels are shown to people who don't follow you yet. Everyone who sees them is a real person, so results depend on the account and its content, and growth builds over time rather than overnight.

It does work at scale. Trial reels posted through Buzzfy have passed 10,000 views more than 11,000 times, and more than 1,800 have gone past 100,000 views. Buzzfy also includes creator analytics, an AI Virality Score for every reel, comment-to-DM automations and community management.
