Not sure if this is a scam company or not
The review might be going down to one star if I don't hear back soon from them. Took a really long time to get questions answered. Figured it was a very small business so I was patient. Didn't ship out for a few weeks and then when it did they told me to download an app to track my own order. That is a big red flag for me and I wanted to know what shipping company is delivering it, what the tracking number was and when I can expect it. No answer so far. I'm giving them 24 more hours and then I'm going to dispute it with my credit union
