I received an email to say my product had been sent, despite the fact it had not. It took 3 weeks to arrive, with no communication from the seller. I also had to pay postage (again) to the Royal Mail as the seller did not pay the postage on the item. On the plus side, I do have the item, but I wouldn't use the website again.

Total scum!
Paid for Medik8 product - no product and complete ignore on their contact points!
How to report on there website?

I wish I read a review before ordering a medik 8 purifying mask all messages ignored and no product send absolutely disgusting your meant to be a good therapist but the instead you scam people how awful.

Ordered an electronic face cleansing brush from them, and instead recieved a face CLOTH - all my emails to their contact email have been completely ignored and I honestly feel a bit scammed.

It also took ages for item to arrive.
