I ordered a month in advance and the flowers arrived a day late which is frustrating as it cost £7+ for delivery for a specific day - they could improve the delivery service or happy to pay more for timely delivery.

The flowers were nice and in good condition for the time of the year.

They don't have a working phone number even though they provide one and their customer service is slow at responding by email.

In the end, they offered to provide me full refund for the inconvenience.

The delivery takes far too long and the tracking of the parcel is very vague.

You know you have found a quality florist when they don’t send the flowers you ordered. Unfortunately they were ordered as a gift for Mothers Day. There was a swift apology and Oliver offered an alternative for delivery soon after. I have used other flower delivery services and found variable quality and some genuinely lousy customer service (the one whose initials are FF). When things go wrong and you sort them customers become fans. And I am. Can’t recommend them enough. And the flowers are beautiful

Oliver was wonderful. My chosen bouquet was the most exquisite I have ever seen, seriously what a creation, it was absolutely glorious!!! I was even sent a photograph of it being assembled and communications throughout were professional, prompt and very friendly indeed. I couldn't recommend this company more, thank you SO much for a delightful experience.

We ordered flowers for my beloved Dads funeral and they were amazing. My dad was an avid cricket fan and a part of the display was a cricket bat and ball. We cannot thank you enough

The flower selection just amazing

Their bouquets are beautiful, the quality of their flowers last. I have used them for the past few years. I order several times in the year, they have never disappointment me, there was an issue with my most recent order, but they immediately out things right for us. I would highly recommend this company.
