What a experience we had and Kelvin and Deven really looked after us and all went smoothly thy took us through everything and sent us a video of all the control to look back at if we forgot things very professional throughout thanks again look forward to catching up

I had an outstanding experience at BYD Taunton! From the moment I walked in, Kelven and Deven made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. Their knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach made the entire process seamless. The test drive was great, and they took the time to explain all the features of my new car in detail. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the top-tier customer service. Highly recommend BYD Taunton—ask for Kelven and Deven for the best experience!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. We weren’t looking for a car, saw Kelvin in the local shopping centre and booked a test drive. Blown away be the car and the service, so we got one. We know have the car, after service has been great, car is awesome.

All Round A Great Experience.
Kelven and Deven are great to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a great handover with all details about our first EV being fully explained. We left feeling confident that we understood our car and that we could contact Kelven for any further support needed.

good performance
the sales team was very pleasant and helpful, and provided a demonstrator quickly. The delivery estimate was not met, the car was late by about two weeks. The car was well presented and all questions were answered either immediately or after research.
