From when we first entered the Exeter showroom we were welcomed immediately with an offer of Tea or coffee ,we were looking at a BYD Dolphin and were shown around the model on display and an offer of a test drive,which we took.After the test drive there was no pressure to buy the vehicle, subsequently we did and on collection we had a thorough handover from Yasmin, altogether a terrific experience from start to finish.

I had a weekend test drive of a Seal u dmi Boost and ordered one after the test drive.Mitch and Ryan were both fantastic no sales pressure and could not do enough to secure the new Seal u dmi Boost in time grey for me .BYD service has been 1st class .Highly recommended

Excellent service. Car ready and waiting when I went to collect, a good reveal and it was all sorted quickly with me able to head out onto the road in my new Dolphin Design.

Chicaine and Dan were very helpful. Our only limit for the amount of time for a test drive, was if someone else had booked a drive after us. All our questions were answered honestly and we were never rushed, pressured or made to feel we overstayed our welcome. We were kept updated by email and/or phone call and car pick up time was allocated a full afternoon to explain everything to us. And always with a smile.

Excellent company, price was obviously the first draw but the contact and support before we visited was excellent. We travelled from london and they arranged collection from the station. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The handover was excellent and not rushed and they followed up to check all ok. Yasmin in particular was excellent. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. We weren’t looking for a car, saw Kelvin in the local shopping centre and booked a test drive. Blown away be the car and the service, so we got one. We know have the car, after service has been great, car is awesome.

Kelven and Deven are great to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a great handover with all details about our first EV being fully explained. We left feeling confident that we understood our car and that we could contact Kelven for any further support needed.

We are so very thankful to Dan & Chicane for their exceptional advice, support and service throughout our buying of a Seal U DM-i comfort.

We were looking for a medium sized plug in hybrid SUV and looked at all of the main brands, but stumbled across BYD. After trying the car, we could not fault the quality, finish, unbelievable specifications and the ridiculously reasonable price tag.

Whilst waiting for our Seal U to arrive, we had the opportunity to try all of the BYD models from the Dolphin to the Seal excellence. They are all very impressive cars with astronomical specifications when compared to competitors. I couldn't recommend them more.

In addition to this, the sales team (Dan & Chicane) were really informative and not pushy in the slightest, they let the car sell itself and gave a lovely, kind and friendly no pressure approach to sales. This is a breath of fresh air in comparison to most local main dealers who are constantly chasing and pushing for a sale.

You can definitely trust BYD Truro. Give one of their cars a try and you will not regret it. Highly recommend.

I ordered a Seal U Comfort on a business lease from BYD Exeter. All has gone very smoothly. Ryan made the process easy - from the initial test drive to collection. Very pleased with the car.

the sales team was very pleasant and helpful, and provided a demonstrator quickly. The delivery estimate was not met, the car was late by about two weeks. The car was well presented and all questions were answered either immediately or after research.

I saw the BYD while in Portugal. On my return home I found that the location of their Cornish branch was on the Truro to Probus Road with the Mercedes brand. I visited the garage and bought a Dolphin model. The staff at BYD, Dan and Chicaine are exceptional and gave me first class service from my initial visit to collection of the car. Their conscientiousness is 5 star. I am thrilled with my choice of car and would say this is the nicest car that I have owned in my long driving period. Superb staff and superb car that people admire wherever I go. Well done BYD and Dan and Chicaine.

We have recently purchased a Seal U DM-i. Chicaine has been there every step of the way, from us just turning up and providing us with a test drive, to signing on the dotted line! There has been a constant line of communication, it was never too much trouble to speak or email. Always professional, and a pleasure to have met. Oh and the car is a dream too!! Very happy customers.
