I order the ring that is supposed to look like a $5000 ring but it didn't. Tried to return it within the 30 day guarantee don't ask return window and they refused to take it back. I am done with this website.

I ordered a ring in gold and the ring I got was silver and looked nothing like what I ordered. They overcharged my account to top it all off. I called the number and the person that answered the phone said that I would have to email them about sending the ring back and getting a refund. Then when I read, it said that I would have to pay for return shipping, which is a bunch of bull when they sent the wrong thing in the first place don’t order from this company. Order number is MXBS4465 It was supposed to be 69.99 free shipping but I had a charge on my account for 83.99. Then your company has the audacity to say they’ll give me 50% off for my inconvenience. Wouldn’t this ring is not even what I ordered and I don’t want. I should not have to pay to send it back. This company is not reputable at all. The company is glazeacolor

Well, I ordered a ring. They sent 2 sizes smaller than what was ordered, then I wanted to return. It has to be sent to China, at my expense! Or, they offered me 40% return! Are you kidding me???? So, don't believe their 30 day return guarantee or the product made in America! Thoroughly disappointed!

I’ve bought a number of pieces from By Glaze by now and every single time, I just love the pieces so much, they become my everyday staples!
Even when there was a fault with a stone in one of my pieces, the team were so helpful and professional, it’s no wonder I keep returning!

Really great customer service. My mum bought me a gorgeous necklace from By Glaze for my birthday but u fortunately the clasp was a little dodgy and then the chain broke just a couple months after getting it. I emailed By Glaze and they sent a replacement, no problem and a free-post label to return the broken one. Was really impressed. Thank you

I've ordered a few pieces over the years and have been lucky enough to receive some as gifts. One of my 'wave' earrings broke recently (ordered Dec 2025) and I've really struggled to get a response from the company. I got one two days after first reaching out (fine) then didn't get another for 6 days, now 6 days later again I've tried chasing via email and instagram to no response. This is so frustrating as the cost is quite high for these pieces.

On a previous order one of my earrings also arrived unable to lock closed and I was advised to bend it back into shape. Again, for the cost I think this is really disappointing.

I also have two necklaces, one of which the chain snapped on so have been wearing the charm on a much cheaper chain.

In summary, I've found the quality of the pieces to be considerably lower than it should be, especially at such a high price point. The customer service has also been poor, and it's so sad as some of the designs are so lovely! Would not recommend this brand

I love my silver sand bar choker necklace. I always get compliments when I wear it. Outstanding communication and customer service. Will definitely be buying more pieces in the future ⭐️

A present for my daughter’s 40th she chose it. She loves the brand and its ethics. I was disappointed with the packaging. If I didn’t know it was glaze I would have thought it was a cheap product the way it arrived
