There is a catch with any returns
There is a catch with any returns. You have only a couple of options.
Option 1 – Keep the Items + 10% Refund
Option 2 – 75% Store Credit
Receive 75% of the value of the items as store credit for a future purchase.
Option 3 - a Standard Return Policy – Full Return. Return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
*If you choose to return - you have to send it to CHINA + incur the 15% restocking fee.
*Not worth the cost to ship + the fee so forced to take store credit essentially.
Do not recommend for quality either!

Ordering was super easy - I’m really hoping the shoes workout, and will update my post once they arrive.
My only feedback - while shopping it was hard to find sizing information on clothing. But I love what the shop has to offer

Shopping was easy but I was not able to find any specs or size chart on your dresses. I have not yet received the dress so there is not much more I can say at this time. Prices seemed very reasonable

I had such a wonderful experience ordering from Juniper Lane! I purchased two dresses, and both are absolutely stunning. The styles are unique and truly different from what I’ve seen on other sites—they feel special and beautifully curated. I live in Canada, and the shipping was very fast..
The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, ordering was simple, and the service and shipping were impressively prompt. Everything arrived exactly as expected, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases.
Juniper Lane has definitely become a new favourite for finding beautiful, distinctive pieces. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be ordering again!
