Weekend Yoga Retreat: I'm recently back from an utterly delightful weekend on my first ever yoga retreat. I attended flying solo knowing no one other than my beautiful, amazing yoga instructor; Helen. The location was just beyond STUNNING, constantly taking my breath away the whole weekend; with it's beauty, peace and tranquility (inside and out the venue). The yoga and teachings were incredible, lots of delicious healthy food and met lots of lovely people. I'm so grateful to Helen; not just for a delightful weekend but for encouraging me before and during the retreat. I pushed myself physically and mentally by attending and participating but in the most supported and nourished way! 💓🧘🏻‍♂️

B Yoga has a fantastic community and the teachers are always clear and direct with their approach. The classes suit beginners right upto more advanced and technical sessions. The Hot Yoga sessions are a real opportunity to get out of the busy life and deep into meditation and stretching. The B Yoga studio is a real haven to switch off and have fun.

Wow b yoga is amazing studio this place is so amazing and as for all the teachers they are brilliant what amazing place to be in such a buityful studio with buityful teachers including Helen cari and a few other teachers so tranquil and very helpful love everyone that I have met every time so amazing thanku to Helen that puts every hour in to teach yoga in every way thanku again 🙏🙏 namaste

I have visited the lovely yoga studio at Rhyl and attended the yoga retreat at the big house by the sea, and highly recommend them both. The friendly expert teachers are a joy to be around. I always come away learning something new and feel better for it.

Just come back from a B-yoga retreat what a beautiful weekend! Helen and Ceri went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing weekend. There was not on fine detail they missed from the amazing food, the location and the fantastic classes. As an anxious person I felt so welcomed and relaxed which helped to settle my nerves. I would highly recommend to anyone I will definitely be going to another retreat! 🙌💜

Helen is a fantastic yoga teacher, I can’t recommend her enough. I feel revitalised after each session. I always look forward to the next class ❤️ 🧘‍♀️

I attended a class at the studio and to sum it up WOW. I was made to feel extremely welcome by Helen the yoga teacher who was very friendly and knowledgable. The studio is stunning and just being in that room immediately made me feel calm and relaxed. The class itself is one of the best I have been to, Helen’s instruction and sequence was outstanding and I just felt amazing afterwards. I cannot wait for my next class 😊

Absolutely LOVE practicing yoga with Helen at this studio. The studio itself is filled with light but retains a feeling of coziness at the same time. Helen is an amazing yoga teacher with so much insight into the physical and mental practice of yoga. Can't recommend B Yoga Studio enough. A truly lovely place.

What an amazing Yoga studio to practice in. I was a beginner with no previous experience but they made me feel so welcome the minute I walked in through the door. The studio itself is incredibly relaxing and zen. I tried a few classes before I found the right one for me but theres so much choice which is great. Everyone who practices here are so friendly making the experience very different to what I expected, theres no judgement at all, feels more like a community. Id highly recommend this studio.
