Never ever received my order and did not get a refund or any response to emails do not buy from here!!

BIGGEST CON EVER… SPAM.. If there was a minus number I’d put that. Nothing like the dress ordered. It looks like a sack sewn by a 3 year old.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. There should be a zero star option. I bought a dress which cost £45 and it was not as advertised. I had to pay £20 for return postage (to china) and I have still not received my refund despite being assured via email that I would. The responder has gone quiet. I am not happy at all.

Ordered an item on the 10/6/26 and still hasn't arrived! They replied to my initial email saying they had experienced stocking problems but my item would arrive. I've still not received my item now and they are ignoring my emails asking for refund. Complete scam company! Do not order from them!

I ordered two dresses over a month ago; 13th June. I have paid over £80 and not received the dresses or any update. On initial enquiry I was told they were restocking. Now emails are bouncing back and address cannot be found. Unhappy!

Total scam. The clothes they send bear no resemblance to what you thought you were buying. When you try to return they say you have to send to China at a cost of £20-£30. They are an absolute scam company.

This company should be avoided at all cost..still waiting for a refund of items that I didn’t receive..I’m waiting legal advice & reading through some of these comments I’m not the only one..

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. No ordered received and they are not answering my emails when I requested a full refund. Company reported to my bank! Please do not order from this company. Lesson learnt!!

Absolutely shocking company. Placed an order on the 24th June, never had a tracking email and never received goods. Luckily I paid on my cc and was able to dispute the charge.

You may eventually receive your item but when it arrives it will be a complete disappointment. All the adverts are AI generated & you are dealing with scammers in china who WILL NOT refund you once you return the item (at a cost of £10 to china). Utter scam! Do not purchase

This company is a complete scam, do not buy anything from here. The items are so badly made it's a complete joke.

This company are crooks , they offered me a partial refund for the rubbish they sent me. Six weeks later I am still waiting !!!!

It says theyre based in Manchester massive lie they're based in China .
They sent me a dress which was more like a bit of rag they're disgusting company and only offer a refund when you send it back to China Costing £20+

The dress was a completely different fabric and colour from the image shown and the quality was very poor. Very difficult company to communicate with and as yet no refund given.

They are not in Manchester. They are based in China and send fake tracking information and fake royal mail links.

I am fighting to get a refund and now brought in trading standards and my bank.

Do not order from this company it is based in China. Ordered a Chiffon dress, arrived looked like a poor quality underskirt with NO Chiffon . Contacted customer support , who offered varying amounts of discounts as they do not want you to send items back! Don’t blame them. Contacted the bank re mis selling a product who can only help once the item has been returned. Cost of return postage £24 as needs to be tracked . I will not give up as soon as annoyed . Avoid like the plague.

Fake advert as a company based in Manchester.
I was waiting for my order over 3 weeks.
I received poor quality dress, without tags.
When I asked for a refund, I realised, the company is based in China. They asked me to pay £30 for return. I open a dispute, try to get my money back.

False company - does not exist !! Totally fabricated- ordered a beautiful dress thinking it was coming from Manchester- a shit dress arrived weeks later than promised from China!! Avoid and report !!! Facebook needs to be more vigilant and should be held accountable!! There was reviews on the page but obviously false!
