I read the reviews on fb so all looked good so I placed an order for two bags Then I read the reviews on here and realised I had made mistake. Contacted the company immediately and cancelled my order and asked for a refund, which I received. So glad I checked here.

Thank you all for your reviews I was just about to order 2 of the crossbody clutch and i remembered.... I must check out 'trustpilot' and I can not thank you enough for your reviews on this company I will tell my daughter too who was going to order 4 in different colours!!! I am so so sorry that you have been treated in this awful way by this 'company', I hope something turns around for you all

Ordered from this company after they assured me my phone would fit and also its shipped from the UK wrong on both counts, the bag took a long time to arrive then when it did my phone didnt fit, i contacted them to ask for the return address which they told me was in Australia but if i didnt want the expense of sending back to Australia then they would refund my order by 15% and i could keep the bag, when i told them that as my phone didnt fit in the bag that was not an option, they then got very rude and in the end refunded my order and ended their message to me with "GET LOST" unbelievable customer service from this company. AVOID!!

These look good and fall apart within weeks. Facebook has all these positive reviews, just a scam. There is zero customer service, when you complain. Both my bags fell apart. Don’t waste your money

So so wish I had read reviews on this company. Believing it to be UK based I ordered and paid for three bags. Quality absolutely dreadful smells of cheap vinyl. Not as illustrated on their advertisement. Emailed Customer Services to say how disappointed I was in the product. Received an email from “Emily” telling me that they do not get emails from customers saying they are disappointed with their products……… she offered a 15% discount which I did not want as I certainly would not use these items. Only other alternative was to post them back to Australia at my cost. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY total RIP OFF. Their so so called 100% customer satisfaction is not worth the paper it’s on. I like so many others will put this purchase down to a bad experience and bin these wallets. Trading Standards now must try to investigate this company before many other customers fall for their deceit.

This company advertises itself on Facebook as a UK company. This is not true.
This company has been advertising that its "sale ends today" for at least three weeks. This is not true. It is a disingenuous ploy to encourage impulse buying.
This company claims its clutch bags will accommodate all sizes of mobile phones. This is not true, and so contravenes trading standards legislation. The pocket is too small for my phone, so the clutch bag is not fit for purpose.
My order, when it arrived, came without a delivery note or return information. I emailed to find out how I could return it. I was told that I had to return it to Australia, and I would be responsible for the considerable cost of tracked shipping. I have googled the address and it is a private dwelling, not business premises. Remember, this is supposedly a UK based company!
As an alternative, I was offered a 15% refund which amounted to the princely sum of £4.04. A complete rip-off but I took this option, as it will actually cost me less than returning my order.
I still get to keep the clutch bags, which is a dubious privilege as they are of poor quality and smell strongly of cheap plastic. I will donate them to a charity shop.
I am £23 out of pocket, but I will chalk it up to experience. I wish I had paid by PayPal because I understand they are now investigating this company.
In short, this is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have attempted to post a review directly onto Byselena's website, simply asking that people check Trustpilot before placing their order. I submitted my review NINE times, and each time it was blocked. Call me cynical, but does this explain the overwhelmingly positive reviews they have been able to acquire?

Can I give no stars please.  Absolutely diabolical.  The goods are substandard, not fit for purpose.  I've asked for a refund and they keep offering a percentage back,and just make you beg for your money back.  They say I have to pay for the returns, whilst giving me no address.  If the goods are faulty the customer should not pay for returns, consumer act 2015.  They are entitled to a full refund if goods are faulty and substsndard(not as described) .  This person, Emily, is arguing with me and playing tricks by cutting and pasting sections of our messaging out to make it look like I've agreed to a 25 percent refund, and posting them back to me, which I haven't.   It is cruel, mentally taxing, and psycholgically abusive the way they handle customers regarding refunds.  I feel exhausted,  and feel quite distressed at the way I am being trested.  My concern is for vulnerable people who could get caught up in this.  They need stopping.  This company edits out any bad reviews which again is going against all protocol when selling.

Don't buy
I have just taken delivery of three bags. Not suitable for purpose! I wanted them for gifts but cell phones won't fit the holder. Tried to find a return address but there isn't one, the instructions for return don't make sense. No contact information in the parcel, no contact information on line, email doesn't seem to work.
I will just put it down as a bad experience and send them to a charity shop.

Do not waste your money. Very poor quality, vinyl, zip broken, pull the strap and it will snap, does not fit my phone. Never again 😒

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is a SCAM in proper advertising and quality products! The BOGO sale is a lure and unfortunately I fell for it. I received two defective products. The BOGO sale grabs your attention. With great reviews, Satisfaction Guaranteed and Free Returns, I went strait to the "SHOP" button. What do i have to lose? Great Reviews, Guaranteed, Free Returns. Instead of going to the "SHOP" button, I should have gone to the very bottom of the home page to see their "Return Policy" which states that there are NO returns on "Spring Sale" items. However, if I had done so, their website at the time did not advertise their BOGO as a "Spring Sale".
Since my purchase was about 2 months ago, I see it’s an ongoing sale that they just changing the verbiage a bit to make it look like a new sale. The cost to return my order is as much as the price paid because now I find out it’s an international address. What! Made in the USA, "As Seen On Today Show, NBC etc." I am working with Pay Pal for a resolution of which the seller states they will refund my money IF I return the products at my cost to ship. Fortunately, Pay Pal has a policy that for a certain number of times during your membership they will pay up to $30 for return shipping. I'm grateful that Pay Pal does this however, I think that is wrong that Pay Pal has to do so and should be able to demand that the company refund my money and be done with it.
The products aren't worth returning in the first place, of which I'm sure that's part of their scam as most customers won't go to the effort or expense to do so as it gains them nothing. Having said all of that, I agreed to return the order but have run into a new issue. To return by UPS (we have an account), I need a phone number for the receiver. Guess what? There's no phone number on their "Contact Us". BOGUS COMPANY SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!!! Made in China NOT the USA and CHEAPLY made PRODUCTS of which of mine were defective to start with. What company of integrity asks the consumer to return defective products at the customer's expense? I looked up the address today. It is a it is a residential address not in a typical office area. And yes I realize people do sales from home these days, but these people whomever they are are total SCAMMERS and hard to find and contact. Further review shows they opened business within the last 9 months. Hopefully Pay Pal will do their review as they said they would and at least shut them down from transactions on Pay Pal. Don't buy from this company! I purchased 2 clutch purses from Selena and I did receive them, probable 20 days to arrive. After a few days I did open one and it seemed to be good quality. A few days later I checked & my cell phone does not fit within the cell phone pouch. When I contacted them by email they reply it is after 14 days so no refunds. Then they say that the item was sold on sale so no refunds. I did want an exchange, so my cell phone fits within the purse. I looked today at this same purse & it is still "On SALE" so they are trying to eliminate any refunds. But on the first page of the item for sale it says "RISK FREE 100% Money Back Guarantee". Poor Business practices! Don't buy from them!

The shoulder bag is smaller than indicated and the quality is cheap vinyl. I should have read the reviews first !! Very disappointing!! Don't waste your money !!

Please do not buy from this company. Bags poor quality and zips broken. Emily Jones who is the customer support is shocking. She provides you with an Australian address to send them back to and they won't pay the shipping. Their get out clause is that things bought in the sale are non refundable. Trouble is they are always in the sale. I paid through PayPal who are now looking into this company, as are trading standards. If you are tempted to buy this appalling load of rubbish please pay through PayPal as you do have recompense. But even with this BEWARE Emily Jones or another customer support will tell you to send them to Australia where as PayPal will provide you with a different address .
This company must make heck of a profit from none PayPal customers.

Don’t buy from this company i ordered start of January was told it was delivered today the 28th. I looked at tracking said delivered to another country and i emailed them, they called me another name and said it was delivered here specifically, which it was not We gave cameras. Then was told must be at neighbours also no true.

Big Disappointment with Selena Australia. Dont do business with this business is very bad. I made an ordered last year 26 November 2021, and I still have not received the items ordered, I paid when I ordered. I paid fot nothing I feel robbed by this business. This is not ok. No response, bad communication very very bad service.
A promotion one bag and one half price special at $59.95, then I ordered another bag for $20. As it is three items I ordered, three bags which were supposed to be Christmas gifts for my family members, order made 26 November 2021. I still await items now January 2022. I am desperate for my money. This is illegal matter. Please refund my money. Don't rob me of my money.

Do not order this product. Go to TJMaxx or Kohl's where you can get what you want. The quality is poor (zipper, crossbody handle). I wanted to send it back and it would have costed $72 to ship to Australia). It's a joke!
