I personally use ping for retail botting. Every person I met who consistently gets massive checkouts runs this in their rotation. Worth every penny!

I came to Ping Proxies with a simple and professional need: a high-quality, static residential US proxy for a use case requiring strict security and data consistency. What I received was a masterclass in how a company deals with a customer who uncovers the flaws in their products.

Over several days, I was provided with two consecutive IPs that were objectively and technically flawed.
1. The first proxy was on a Charter Communications (US) ASN but was inexplicably linked to a Belgian (.be) domain.
2. Its replacement was on a top-tier AT&T (US) ASN but was linked to a Cambodian (.kh) domain.

As any professional in this space knows, this geographical data mismatch between the ASN owner and the domain is a massive red flag that will instantly fail any serious fraud detection or security consistency check.

When I politely pointed out these verifiable technical flaws, the support team's response was not to solve the issue. Instead, they repeatedly deflected and demanded I disclose private, confidential information about the specific service I was using—information that was irrelevant to fixing the objective data mismatch of their IP.

When I stood my ground, citing privacy and the fact that the issue was with their product's technical integrity, they suspended my account.

BEWARE: My experience demonstrates a deeply concerning business practice. Ping Proxies appears to sell IPs with significant data integrity issues. If you are knowledgeable enough to identify these flaws, their strategy is not to provide a better product, but to intimidate you into silence and, ultimately, suspend your account to get rid of you. They chose to punish a customer for proving their product was not fit for purpose.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this service to anyone who requires a truly high-quality, technically consistent, and reliable proxy. You are not paying for quality; you are paying for a potential headache and a support team that may turn on you if you're too smart.

Ping provides high quality service, levels.above competitors

Great support. When my proxy was down due to some issues they replaced it for me. Then when I asked them to give me a proxy that matched my previous proxy's location they also helped me get that!
