Only hit one star because i had to to write a review. This company is actually disgusting they should be blocked on every platform i ordered something in February and nothing came and can you believe they are still trying to say it is slow transport, 5 MONTHS LATER !!!!!!!!!

As others have said, I didn’t receive my order. After 60 days it said it had been delivered and it hadn’t been. I did a cashback through the credit card company, who were brilliant. Apparently the company are disputing the chargeback but my credit card company have stood firm. I ordered at the beginning of Feb 26. Now, July 26, I’ve had an email from the company asking for a tracking number. It beggars belief. That’s 5 months later.
They advertise on fb. Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Like others, I ordered back in February. Had tracking to start with, then nothing. The company continues to refuse to issue a refund despite a 5 month and counting, wait for delivery!

If I could give it no stars I would.
Ordered something for my son at the beginning of 2026 the furthest I got with my order is that its been confirmed. Many emails and get the same response of order number etc etc every time. When I said I will be going higher to complain and contact both my bank and police regarding refund that I haven't got back and about a fraud website they're website is no longer available surprise surprise.

I ordered in Feb 26 through shopify and still no delivery as of June26, no response to email query and no tracking, clearly a scam and would not recommend buying from Verelle FragranceLTD at all.

If I could give a minus score I would. Like all the other reviews I ordered in February and am still waiting. I also had tracking to begin with but now it is either not available or not in English. I have received replies but all saying thank you for being patient and how my order is marked as urgent! I have requested a refund multiple times and been told that's not possible as it is mow with the courier and costs too much to send back!! What a scam! Really wish these reviews were available before I ordered. I will be attempting to grt my money back from my bank.

Fake company. Never received order. Contacted my bank who refunded me the money.

Ordered a mini trampoline for the kids, never got the item. Please dont order there is a 100% scam!

Bought embroidery lap stand - still waiting 3 months later.

Eventually got money back from credit card company.
This site is a scam site !! Coming from CHINA !!

I bought the giant magnetic tiles at the beginning of March and still haven't received them. There was a tracking link that worked for the first month showing the item moving around china but this no longer works. I have contacted the company countless times, and on the odd occasion they do reply they keep saying thank you for your patience and ignore my requests for a refund. Scam, do not buy from this site.

Wish I had read the reviews before, this way I wouldn't have ordered from them, and I would not be writing "I got scamed as well"

I’m mostly to blame for this one, falling for a too good to be true Instagram ad. I was looking for activities for my toddler and impulse bought these magnetic building tiles I hadn’t seen anywhere else. Order went through in mid-Feb and two months later, absolutely nothing. After about a month the tracking details were no longer accessible and the company’s website was seemingly scrubbed from the internet. I contacted customer service and have received basic responses, asking me to be patient but never providing concrete updates or even a way to track it. Given the other reviews here, I can kiss my money goodbye!

I ordered my item on 28th February & still not received

Complete scam! Still waiting for an item i ordered in feb. They keep saying be patient blablabla. Website now disappeared. Tracking link never worked. Item Does not exist i assume!

Total Scam!
They assured me it was legit after not receiving the item we bought three months later and then suddenly poof the shop is no where to be found and no more responses from emails.
Do not trust them!

Waiting for months, I've come to the conclusion been scammed.
When it comes to checking view order or tracking, the page appears and says exact words below.

Ordered on 6th Feb. in the middle of March I contacted them and I got a reply.
Please be patient… blabla bla

According to track number, package was delivered on 7 April, in the evening, when I was at home. So it looks to be a fake track number.

I contacted them again, but no replies and shop is unavailable at this point, so it looks to be scam.

Ordered on the 8th February, still waiting for my order. The website is down and tracking link from email doesn't work. Luckily I saved the tracking number and it's working when I search for it. It says its out for delivery today so let's wait and see...

Update 11th April
Didn't arrive when it said it was put for delivery. Although next day tracking said it was delivered. I was in all day and nothing came. So safe to say, a whole scam. Good news, my bank did give me back the money via charge bag. Don't fall for the cheap instagram adverts like I did! Lesson learnt!!!
