Service is second to none. I've just sourced my new car from Chris at Bywater Motor group and I'm telling everyone. I've never before had such efficient and friendly service when sourcing a car. Chris is very knowledgeable and supportive from start to finish. I found the whole process very easy and I love the car.

I wasn’t sure Bywater would be able to help me as I didn’t have a lot to spend and I wanted an older car (I thought they just did new). However, I rang Chris and told him what I wanted and he promised to look around for me. Soon after, I had a call to say he had found a brilliant little run around for me and within my budget. Well, I picked it up last week and I am delighted! Excellent customer service, didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t want and was a really nice guy.
Have told my sister and some friends at work already and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Bywater to people who want a second hand, affordable car. Great service, thanks Chris 👍
